AC and TV aren't working properly, the bed sheet is dirty, the room is not clean and it 's smells bad, and the bathroom doesn't have hot water.

For that price, the hotel is beyond expectation. The room is spacy and the receptionist is very friendly. But when I stayed, too bad that the hot water didn't work. I didn't call for reparation, because I was in a hurry. Overall, I will recommend this hotel!

The hotel location was perfect, the receptionist and staff were helpful but I think they need to take care more of their property or hotel and the smell of the hotel was terrible like cigarettes and mixed with something else, the bed was comfy but not clean enough, I hope they can change for the better cause actually it can be nicer and comfortable:)

First the lady in recepcion is very rude and she asking 10 malaysian for no reason. She has very bad personality. The room was very dirty and the towels sheets and blankets was wet and dirty from the other person used the room. Better to sleep in the streets. Very bad experience stay way from this hotel.
