I had bedbugs and insects party during my 3 nights stay! What a hygiene!
Room is clean. Location perfect. Attached toilet with budget rate. Definitely will come back again.
- Business travel
Room near the front, the air cond (out door unit) very noisy. the sheets are dirty and have to be charged.
- Backpacking
Good, recommended for backpackers.
- Backpacking
Clean enough, but crowded because in petaling market, services is good enough, Aircond and TV not running well, you get what you pay.
- Romantic Vacation
We stayed there 3 nights and everything was OK. Great location directly at Petaling street in the Chinatown. Room was clean, bed comfortable, free drinking water, AC and hot water OK, quiet and safe. But still there are few cons: very small room (big just exactly for bed and 80 cm between bed and bathroom), bed cover not soft (very raw), kettle for hot water not working, TV only 3 channels, no window (you can pay extra for room with window). But for 160.000 IDR per night it was great deal. We would like to come back again.
- Shopping & Culinary
The hotel was nice and cheap but if you have a car I highly suggest to not book this hotel because there is no car park nearby. You can still park your car at parking complex nearby but it will cost you RM20++.
- Romantic Vacation
No breakfast given. The cleanliness of the place was okay. The staff was friendly and caring. They helped us to take care of our car that was parked outside. The place location is not so good, as it is located directly in the China Town, there was no parking space. We have to wait for the china town to close first then only we can park and had to wake up at 8.30am to move the car as china town start their business at 9am. The nearest parking lot charges Rm3 per hour. My god. It was kind of annoying. And the room is so small it literally fits only 2. It was also very noisy we could hear it in the room and couldn't sleep.

Bed Bugs 😡
I went in KL for back packing last March, I booked in Sasana thru agoda and it's really hard to find this hotel because its signage is too small. The pictures of the room they are showing here is different on the reality. Rooms are very small, they say it was good for two, I was alone and even hard time to move. On my first night, I always wake up because of too much scratching, when I wake up in the morning, I saw too much bed bugs bite on my legs, arms and even on my left eye. I got panic because of that then I told the reception about it, but they didnt even do about all my bites. I was even the one who asked to transfer, I thought the new room was okay but it was weird, the toilet is quite scary and the tv satellite is really bad so I transferred again then I thought again it'll be okay but again, there are bed bugs. I even saw it running on the bed. So i just left! How could this kind of hotel passed in the sanitary inspection of malaysia?

Our stay at this hotel was fine but our room was tiny (I would also recommend paying for a room with a window). The showers were really good and the location of the hotel is very good too, right next to the markets on petaling street. On a side note, as a young female back packer, the men generally in Kuala Lumpur have hassled me lots with unwanted comments, Petaling street was particularly bad, so just keep that in mind when staying here.

Was a simple budget hotel with everything needed was available, staff were very helpfull though. there were minor issues but always when told to the reception. they always sent some one to sort the problem out.

Just for one night
I personally don't have a good experience with this hotel. The light broke after a few minutes and there were small bugs in my bed. The hygiene is not so good, but the price was also not that high. However, the location was nice.

Just budget hotel
Just the begin of chinatown, is very basic hotel, my only issue was is not clean. The staff especially suji the Sri Lankan men are great , but the changed men three rooms because super dirty. I think with more clean this could be a lot better, is near the buses, train station and the staff on the door help.
