Safe and cheap place to stay in KL
Very good hostel and helpful staff Hassan best guy hard worker and very kind. Hope come back again and stay here. Thanks for your hospitality will recommend to others.
The location is great: very close to train station, central market, the china town. Hostel facilities are a bit old, no breakfast, bathrooms are not clean. Staff are quite friendly.
Good location near to MRT and petaling street, clean, quiet affordable with good WiFi
Very clean and comfortable place to stay at female dorm.
I enjoy staying here, with very good staff -- helpful and friendly. I will be back here again when I visit Kuala Lumpur.
Staff are friendly and helpful. The place was nice
Reseptionist is very helpfully

Don't Stay Here Longer Than 24-48 Hours
Because I needed a non smoking place after cataract surgery, a friend and I moved here. I stayed more than 3 weeks and discovered why you should NOT stay longer than a night or two. #1.) All 4 air conditioning units in the main area are OFF #2.) The 2 ceiling fans were 99% inadequate in main meeting area #3.) Showers sometimes worked only 2-3 minutes for weeks (recently repaired #4.) Fresh air not entering building, front window locked #5.) Air so dry inside that red eyes required drops to cure #6.) Hand towels outside toilets cleaned only ONCE after I complained #7.) Kitchen sink leaking onto carpet makes unsanitary and unsafe #8.) Dorm rooms has sign stating that Air conditioning is OFF from 1-6PM BUT staff will turn it off before noon, and open drapes so you can't rest in peace #10.) Most bunk beds have non operating private lamps so you can't see after lights off #11.) You NEVER smell fresh bleach being used in the showers or toilet area #12.) A candy wrapper remained in mens toilet basket 5 days until someone complained #13.) You are often itching & scratching for unexplained reasons #14.) You can be told your bunk was reserved online and you must change/leave immediately #15.) Only 2 local channels on TV, no satellite or cable TV #16 No laundry facilities, no place to hang your undies after showering. #17.) Oftentimes you must endure the heated main room to receive strong Wi-Fi If you want a private room and it's not available, don't purchase a 2-bed dorm room at reduced cost, as you'll discover those rooms are normally vacant anyway.

Nice place
This is a nice simple hotel. The rooms are basic but fairly priced. There is a nice communal area for meals and hanging out. The location is good, very close to the main street in China town. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location. So-so staff...
The location is great. two minutes walking from Pasar Seni metro station. It is cheap and they allow for late check in provided you send them a warning email for them to be waiting for you. However, there are some cons. After we arrived around 23.00 we wanted to head to Jalan Alor for dinner. After inquiring to John (the staff member who checked us in) he said it was quite far to walk and that we should take a taxi. We asked then if taxis were easy to find in the street and he then told us that he would call a taxi that he trusted for us, because the taxi drivers in the street would charge us 50+MYR to take us there and his taxi would take us there for 30MYR. We agreed and we went. On the way back to the hostel, we caught a taxi in Jalan Alor and he said he us take us for 15MYR (!!!!). He also turned the meter on and we saw that the trip is made only for 7MYR!!! Once we arrived, John was having dinner, and he said it was the taxi driver who took us there that brought him... well, I am pretty sure we were overcharged so we could pay for his dinner. - That didn't suit us very well. It is horrible to feel you were conned! Also, cleanliness if not their strongest. The toilett/showers were really dirty. Kinda disgusting. Take slippers to shower and to go to the toilet. The room was simple, with only the bed and a table. There was only one plug in the whole room. The bed was clean, although the rest of the room didn't inspire such characteristic.

good atmosphere
Very good Location. few minute to LRT Station and there is a convenience store just go down to street. It will be very helpful during rainy season (no need umbrella). Dorm room has A/C and with window, quite comfortable. But some rooms have no window and too simple. There is a common space at center of guest house. It's simple but easy to know each other, good atmosphere. Staff also enough friendry,
