There are someone trying to get in our room during our stay. In fact they have our room 's key. Luckily we are inside the room, otherwise we don't know wht happened to our belonging! Security wise out.

The hotel is kind of old, not well maintained specially the bathroom. The only plus point is that it is next to Sunway Pyramid. That 's all.

I waste my money to book such a terrible hotel in my lifetime. The water come out from aircond until whole bed get wet until I cannot sleep well. The people promise me want give me toiletries so I am waiting him to send me but end up another guy said the customer need to pay to buy toiletries. It waste me a lot of time to waiting them doing matter. The ridiculous things is I cannot check in immediately once I reach hotel. I still need waiting them for 10 minutes until I feel very tired. I need to wait them change shift and they do not notice me once they are done change shift. I still need to tell them I feel very sleepy because it is almost 11:30pm then only they black the face help me to check in.

This hotel has bad facilities. Even I don't want to take a photo because it is too bad. The fan was almost broken. The air con was not cold and watering my bed the lift was also creepy like a horror movie. Overall bad.. And the service was super slow. I was travelling alone. And they took me 40 minutes to check in only me.. Okay that's all.

The hotel staff are not locals, they barely understand English. Service is terrible. Room is not clean and shower is leaking. Bedsheet is dusty and housekeeping service is disappointing too. I would not recommend this hotel. There are other budget hotels that could provide better service than this one!
