The lobby environment is good, but the hallway of the room on the second floor smells bad. The bed sheets and duvets in the room have dirty marks. Pillows and quilts also smell like moldy 🤢. The location of the hotel is close to lrt, so it 's always noisy. At night，lrt work until around 11.30pm 😑 and I woke up automatically when lrt started at 7.30 in the morning. And the sound of garbage trucks. Really a lot of noise sound, thus leading to poor sleep quality.

The old lady, she ask more payment. She sum more rm39 in our booking deposit for rm50.

I admit this property has a good location but I was so disappointed that my room which I already paid via online banking was not kept for me. No doubt I checked in late but it is not the excuse of letting go my room that I already paid. They should have called me for confirmation but hve not the courtesy to do so. I am very disappointed with it. At last I was given a reserved room with 2 single bed which I requested for 1 dbl bed instead and without towels. In the middle of the night I need to call the receptionist to send towels for me. Pls look into this matter seriously. Paid room means have to reserve and hold the room till they call the guest for confirmation.

they couldn't retrieved my booking when I reached the hotel at around 10pm. waited for 40mins for them to find me room since there was no room left (the hotel is overbooked). I ended up got my room, they said the room belongs to someone else who is not there yet when I reached the hotel. it's very far from the elevator, last room.

Overall this hotel has good staff at the front desk except for guy who has no idea on how to manage online booking. It took 15-30 minutes for him to find my booking detail in the system. I have to wait so long to check in. Please teach your foreign staff on how to manage online booking.

The price is reasonable, king size bed and quite spacious for a couple. But, bedsheet is quite dirty with yellowish stain.
