Overall Good service, comfortable and safe..
Strategic location. Nice hotel and breakfast. Huge room
Everything was great but only not satisfied about the clogged at shower
We ordered family room with 2 bedrooms but was given separated rooms with no connection. The rooms were old and need refurbishment. Breakfast were same menu every day. The location was close to Bukit Bintang of where shopping malls available.
Excellent location of the hotel in the center of city. Good food and good hospitality. I recommend this!

Everything was fine until we found out your staff 's attitude. As a five star hotel, we are pretty impressed by your staff's poor attitude and problem solving skills. Furthermore, the information given by your staffs is not consistent, it seems like the improvement on your system integration is severely needed. Besides, we recommend you to put a notice board at the entrance of the parking when it is closed to avoid any unnecessary inconveniences.
Overall feeling good and comfortable...
Strategic location..very easy catch the public transports and hotel build in very near the golden triangle for shopping. Inside hotel have 24 hours security and using access card to access room and lift. Inside studio room is clean and feel comfortable like our own house and also have good city view

Do I blame the hotel or the travel company?
Spoiler alert: We moved to a different hotel. This was our third visit to Kuala Lumpur in three years. Visiting an old friend who settled here over twenty years ago. The last visit in June 2017 we brought friends and stayed in the E&O Residencies. In hindsight we should have just booked that. However, this visit, we were tempted by the British Airways Holiday offer (later discovering they are not ABTA bonded). So found a flight, later discovering they are not upgradeable with Avios or cash, but they do upgrade people for free! First impressions were good. In Bukit Bintang at the bottom of the impressive street area of Jalan Alor. Unfortunately, that was the best bits. Fridge:, no freezer door. So insulin froze! Toilet/bathroom: door lock broken Air Con: noisy and leaking Kitchen: minimal to nothing! On site Laundromat: closed and under refurbishment. Bed: solid, just solid! Staff: friendly, but unhelpful. Location: noisy, with little or no soundproofing. When faced with these problems: first, speak to hotel. That was pointless. Everyday we asked for the Aircon to be fixed. The first few days spent looking for the laundromat, different staff pointed us in different directions. Until, one of the reception staff recalled that it was closed. We could pay to have out cloths cleaned using their services, if we paid extra! Second: complain to holiday company. This is where you discover British Airways Holidays are not bound by the same rules! The offered us the MiCasa hotel, in a completely different location. As long as we paid any price difference if they could not negotiate any money back from here. Of course, once you notice a few bad things, you notice them all. The noise from the very close church at 6am every morning. The lack of plug sockets, not even close enough to plug the kettle or toaster! I blame the hotel for continually failing to fix the problems. But I blame BA more for the way they describe this place in their brochures and website.

Did Not Reach Expectations
.We expected an apartment with a serviceable kitchen, but sadly this wasn't what we got. The room size was good, but the kitchen was sad. We had a small pot and a ladle. We purchased items to use ourselves, as nothing as provided upon asking. Service in the room often did not occur till late afternoon/early evening, with the air conditioner, hot water and fridge turned off on different days. For the money paid I would not recommend this to any other traveler.

Safe and quiet neighbourhood
The building itself is located in a quaint and quiet neighbourhood although just 1 street away it's the bustling jalan alor eatery street. The apartments are spacious but maintenance is needed for some parts of the apartments like rusty door hinges, shower etc. The sheet were clean but had old stains that were not removable which made the stay slightly uncomfortable. Crossing the main street infront of the residence with about 6mins walk will bring you to the end of jalan alor. To walk to main bukit bintang shopping area will take another 5 mins. For the price, there are other choices.

Great location
I have stayed at swiss Garden residences a number of times over last Few years its location is very good as it only 5 mins walk from Jalan alor the famous food street and bukit bintang,breakfast is nice especially the roti chanai, pool is a good size and the gym is good , bedrooms could do with a makeover otherwise a great hotel .

Amazing room
Booked a residence room through air b&b which was quite cheap and it was incredible! You also get access to the rooftop pool which is lovely and it's very close to bukit bintang if you want a night out.
