Breakfast , bed and location were very good ! Parking facility mentioned in hotel profile very deceiving as I have to pay rm20 for 24hrs parking fee. Swiss Inn should have just mention no parking! Bathroom was small and shower place have mold and some insects flying on its wall upon checking out had some altercation with the swiss inn staff mr ganga and mr haq as I requested for the return photocopy of my fren and my ic but they insisted its their hotel policy pda to keep it . Mr haq explained they required to keep it for billing purposes but I had been charged 5 days ago by app and its a non refundable room fee! I had stayed in many hotels never once had they kept my ic photocopy but just show to them for verification purpose. I told them they should destroy it infront of us or return the copy to me while mr haq insisted several times if i'm not happy with their sop I should just go to the police station and report this matter, that's a most unprofessional attitude to have with his 14 hotels working experiences !
Too small room, no signal in the room.
everything is great: nice room, clean, fast response and good service, strategic hotel. But please, fix the elevator. Cause its a little scary when it takes the elevator. Overall is good

hot water was not available in my room. after i called the reception, a not very friendly guy came to our room and told us to keep the water running for 5 minutes before taking a shower. did not work at all.
- Family vacation
clean, fragrant, comfortable room with 3 beds and soft pillows and clean and neat sheets ... I definitely stay back here because of the place which is close to where and where to eat
