The facilities for me is all in 1 for family vacation. They provide swimming pool, gym and the breakfast was awesome. They provide vegetarian dishes also, so for me is excellent. The most valuable that the hotel is connected to the gardens mall, so it's very convenient to fulfill all our needed.

The gardens hotel connect to the gardens mall & midvalley megamall so it 's very convenient for our family that travelling with toddler. Easy to find places to eat & shopping.

Could be improve, the front desk staff is kind of rude, talking to me with her hand folded like in defensive body language, while I ask nicely what time is the check out and of its possible to extend it. At the check in experience as well. When I approached the desk to check in, the front desk guy give me a “stop” hand gesture and a very sharp “not yet” tone.

Nice hotel and very convenient location, just a door step to Garden Mall and Mid Valley Mall. Room are spacious, overall was a clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the hotel Wi-Fi is not easy to get connected, and not a very high speed network.

The room was well maintained and clean, the only complaint I have was the frontdesk on 2 separate occassions calling the room, the first one at 9PM with wrong room number, and the second one was at 11:58PM (almost midnight) just to inform me that there is a laundry package for me at the front desk, which I find very inconsiderate considering it was not an emergency and calling people up at around midnight is something a hotel staff should think before doing.

One of the best hotels in the location. Room is clean and elegant. Conveniently located above the gardens mall adjacent to midvalley mall. No need to eat breakfast at hotel. Plenty of restaurant choices at mall basement.

First visit after pandemic. Quite a satisfying stay. Staff service is good and room is clean. Very strategic location inside mall. No need to buy breakfast, have a lot of food downstairs.

Good experience, good ambience at the mid valley mall and super convenient. My family enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Looking forward to staying there again.
