We stayed for 3 days and the room was great, the staff is approachable, very near in top spots like Menara KL and Petronas is just a walking distance only, we enjoyed it 😊

The worst hotel / apartment I have ever been to! They do not have a proper lobby to check-in. The check-in counter is located at level 6, which supposed to be an apartment unit, but they just placed a table counter and called it a check-in counter! We booked 3 nights, and immediately check-out on that night. Could not even stay for a couple hours in the room. The room smells really bad. Saw a small cockroach running around in the living room area.

The Idaris suite room is strategically located for access to entertainment and tourist attractions nearby. For the first time you book a room here you can go up to the 6th floor to check in, the staff are very helpful, the pool pays 20rm / pax, the deposit room is 100rm , just the elevator sometimes has an error. Overall okay.
