Deserves to be sued
I had reserved 5/6 rooms for a family event over the weekend. I would say the beauty of the place is greatly overshadowed by the unprofessionalism of the rhr management and staff. I could write an essay of all the problems but rather just highlight a single problem that would make any future guest reconsider their stay if safety is important. So hear we go, on the second day my father suffered a STROKE in the hotel as a result the kahaani management. Lets just say they chose the worst possible time to bring up hidden charges. The appalling part was how they reacted, not a single staff was to be found during the incident and none of them prepared for an emergency. Even cold water was a chore for an ailing elderly person who is in the middle of a stroke. The staff literally said "we only have warm bottled water haha". I had to manage my father through all the steps and distance without even a whisper from the staff "do you need any help?". The best part is after the ordeal ended the staff finally came over and asked "how is everything, ur dad fainted ah?" till today not a single hotel management staff has apologized for the incident and has has instead chosen to avoid direct contact. Anyone in their right mind would have sued and claimed for damages, but i am just thankful my father is recovering. My advice to other guests is if you are planning an event with your family always prioritize safety. Choose an accommodation that shares this sentiment. And the kahaani is not it. Check out the pines hotel or even ramada melacca. I highly recommend them.

Honeymoon
i've been there last year for our honeymoon trip. The customer service was very good. The manager (Malay man) was very polite. Act we booked for deluxe room but once the manager notice that we came for our honeymoon trip, he gave us de very expensive room but for 1 night. But we pay only for the deluxe room. Once we back from Kahaani, we always recommend to our friend to stay there. Wish can go there next time and management can give us more discount. 😉😉😉

Okay
Room was pretty spacious and pretty clean, breakfast decent, far from main town but there're sufficient amenities around. However, the pool looked a little dodgy, and nothing else really special to shout about. Good for a night's stay.

Beautiful and quiet environment
I was impressed with this hotel at first sight. The reception is a great, she greet me by calling my name and helps us to carry the bags to our customary suites which is so spacious. An elegant old-style double wardrobe with plenty storage. She also helps with the iphone charger. Breakfast in the hotel are so-so. Lunch and dinner are on own. There are few things that I would like to highlight :- 1) Water pressure in the bathroom sink is very slow. 2) Wi fi is also very slow, my son need to go to the hall downstairs to upload his game 3) Very confused on personal butler concept in this hotel.. butler service is totally out. 4) The phone in the room unable to call hotel staffs. 5) No towels provided by the poolside. We need to take our own towel in the room. Anyway, i enjoyed my stay and feeling like at home and would recommend this hotel to others because of it location which near to all the attractions in Ayer Keroh.

Live Like A King
The grand entrance, the luxuriously decorated interior, premier suite fit for a king. The swimming pool is very nice and thats the view you get while having your breakfast. Will definitely go again with the whole family. Family gathering would be great.
