You get what you paid for.
Alright, this hotel is on the cheap side but that doesn't mean quality should be compromised. The hotel is/feels old ~ also not a reason for it to be substandard. The room was clean, sheets were crisp and tucked in nicely. The bathroom was a different story though. I turned the faucet on and there was brown liquid coming out of it for a good 5-second run. The shower curtain was mouldy. Like how much is it to replace a shower curtain? Add a point for hot shower though. It goes really hot. But seriously.. clean the bathrooms. I'm not even picky, I promise you. I'm a backpacker but the bathroom in my room was gross. Also, maybe give the reception staff a crash course on hospitality. I did not feel welcome at all. I think the hotel needs a new management. Such a waste of a really good location. Bottom line ~ if you just need a place to crash and/or would like to have solo time and aren't picky with bathrooms, this place is a bang for the buck especially for long time travelers who've been staying in hostels.

very economical stay
this hotel is good to stay with reasonable price and very suitable for business people. Situated at center of the town and easy for all transport services. Rooms are very clean, neat and comfortable. Recommended for low budget travelers.

Total dissapoinment
I and a group of friends went for a holiday in Kuala Lumpur, all was great except our stay. where my request for a room queen size bed with bathtub in the bathroom was changed with a small room. and the receptionist did not inform me that until i enquire why am i given a small room with a smaller bed and the bathroom had no bathtub.then only she told me all the queen size bed room were full..i was so disappointed as i had stayed here before and was so happy previously but this time it was not.i was then offered to be changed to a room with 2 single bed. i accepted it and had to wait for almost one hour plus for the change.the bellboy was also not helpful.he did not even offered to carry our bag even when he saw we were struggling.if i didn't enquire obviously we had to stay in that stuffy small room. Thank God i stayed there before and knew the rooms well. what was most disappointing is that i had book the room many days before we came which is why i can't accept that there were no room available for us as requested earlier. I hope the management would do something about their customer service and hotel quality.I don't plan to stay there anymore. i had suggested this hotel to my friends before but not anymore.

how am i supposed to review?
how do u describe yourself is how you reviewed others. there is always a need for something at certain occasion & moment.. for REAL traveler who travel for steps mileage they just want to fulfill their pleasure and don't want to end up sleeping on the street which is unsecured. this hotel is classified as a class better than the street bench. you got security. please do not expect much. cleanliness? if it even exist? ok.. if you compared it with Rennaisance Hotels its totally unfair.. to start and end with, Tiong Nam area is somehow a remote place in the KL city center. There is Grand Continental nearby which i have not been for the last 10years. Quality Hotel also located a stone throw.. This is totally budget hotel, priced on 3 star. i think, a total refurbishment is a good things. Priced it on budget.
