Not a good option
This hotel situated at 1st floor as we need to press door bell and get shock with the loud sound, although they put the note there: alarm sound is loud! But it really loud till u get shock. Reception are very friendly. When enter the room, it is really worst than what I can accept but due to whole day meeting and one night only so I got no choice. Initially I booked the room2@zishi but the owner said that due to low water pressure at that area so she relocate me to the room. Entire room with one light only. Side table is old. Toilet floor no tile at all and with water stain. Bed sheet - dark colour ( I really very particular of the colour, dark colour is not a friendly colour for guest house) Toilet no place to put toiletries. I know is a budget hotel but definitely with some basic facility.

Not as good as Agoda review
After referring to many hotel for this business trip that will spend me almost 5 days 4 nights in Kelantan, I've decided to pick this hostel as my final decision. This hostel cost me like RM118 per night and I spent RM472 for 4 nights stay. However, this hostel looks dark in the room, the size is pretty small. Thus, the door lock hard to lock properly, I'm very concerned with safety issue. You must lock and make sure u pull harder before you really leave the room or it will remain unlock status. Apply same for inside too. However, the room not only small but it also looks very dark inside even this room 202 I choose is came with window. Beside that, the cabinet near to the bed looks old. The bathroom wall also looks very dirty. Overall, it's not worth for this price and it's not peak season. Furthermore, there's no ASTRO at all. Only some uncleared local channel can be watch. Totally disappointed and I still have 4 nights to go through.. 😓Properly will not return again.

Too expensive for what it is !!
Way too expensive for a smelly room without window. Welcoming is nice, eventhough the person is not here 24h/24h, nice design, nice little place with free tea, coffee and biscuits in the common room, but come on ....the neighbourhood is not that great, especially for a late arrival. I have to admit that bads are very confortable. I would not pay 40€ again for this location.

Nice location, and friendly helpful staff
This guesthouse was clean with nice decor, and has a great central location next to Kota Bharu's main attractions. My room is small (the cheaper option), but price was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Internet worked well but was not very fast (but this seems normal for Malaysian hotels).

Nice budget hotel
Walking distance to Pasar siti Khadijah. Laundry shop and nice breakfast place. Suitable for solo or couple since the room choice is not so many. But walking disyanve to attractions is a plus. Will visit again
