It doesn't even same as what they publish at online site. The place was so dirty, its like a haunted house. And then, I've given into a room with a curtain that is unplug. You supposed to take care of your environment around your place and of course the customer satisfaction. How would you feel if I serve you like the way you serve me? Yeah, the room is cheap. But, it does not mean you can just simply leave the room with dust, and the curtain like that. How do you have a good visitor experience if this is how you treat a customer? So dissapointed the time im about to check-in but then I directly go to counter and get my deposit back since the environment is so bad. Unlucky me the booking isn't refundable. If yes, im pretty sure im going to get back my money.

This place really need a proper maintenance. Oh dear! Housekeeping is very poor...when I walk to the shared bathroom, I saw stools inside the toilet. Bad... What else can I say...because it's too old and honestly, the rate doesn't fit the condition. Thanks.
