Victoria Inn is located at Victoria Street, Georgetown, Pulau Pinang. If you are travelling by air, the nearest airport to the hotel is the Penang International Airport (IATA: PEN, ICAO: WMKP), which is an international airport, located in Bayan Lepas, Penang. Alternatively, you can take the ETS train to Butterworth. Trains are really convenient if you are coming from locations without express bus terminals! From the train station, you may take the ferry to Penang Island. Another option is by car. The North-South PLUS Highway is a modern toll road that runs from Perlis to Johor Bharu. The highway also connects Penang to major cities on the West side of Peninsular Malaysia. Travel by highway can take anywhere from 4-5 hours with toll charges in between. Once you reach Butterworth, which is the island’s main entry point from the mainland, you may take either the Penang Bridge or the ferry to cross over to the island, which still operates from Butterworth to Weld Quay and will transport your vehicle too at a small charge. Return trips from Penang via the bridge is free of charge. There are two main express bus stations in Penang, Penang Sentral near the ferry terminal and KTM train station and Sungai Nibong Bus Terminal on Penang Island. To get to Victoria Inn, you can get off at Sungai Nibong Bus Terminal and get Grab to the hotel.
