Something different, mixed feeling
If you are looking for something quaint and fond into woods carving, then this is the best place for you. I stayed here for two nights and not regretting it. It is quiet difficult to find this place because it is hidden between houses. Have to circle around for three times before found it. The room quite spacious and the curtain are quite unique because I need to use cloth clips to close it since it is stuck, lol! The bath tub is also clogged. The villa also have non-close pool. It is open 24 hours and it was design not just to let the visitor enjoy themselves but also to test the mental. There was no ladder to go out of the pool, the space at side of the pool are just one foot so it was a big risk to walk along the side of the pool and to get to children pool you need to cross the adult pool first. Overall I still said this is a very good villa because of the uniqueness and friendliness of the staff. Oh forgot to mention about the breakfast. They served each family separately. We had nasi lemak ( the best sambal! ), fried mee and bihun, also kuewtiau. Sometimes there are functions going on, like solemnizations, weddings and just office dinner. Parking is quite limited and if you decided to go out that night where they had events, better come back late around 10 or 11pm as there might not be a parking for you. Will recommend this to friends.

"BEAUTIFUL PLACES BUT..."
booked two rooms for a night...the location were quite difficult to find...i were impressed by the uniquely design building...the beautiful carving were everywhere outside & inside the hotel...the room were also quite big & comfortable...the surrounding were peaceful & very relaxing...the services were good & the staff were quite attentive...the breakfast were quite limited in term of choices but tasty...instead of their uniqueness i think they need to focus on maintaining their property as i found in my room the wallpaper were starting to peeling off, the wardrobe were started to malfunctioned & there's a stained on the bathtub...other than that i think it's the places for someone who would like to like to seek something different & to avoid crowded...it's worth for the price you pay...

One night stay- mixed feeling
Book this hotel after read good review from tripadvisor. On checking day, I reach JB and hired a taxi at custom at about 6:30pm to reach this hotel. What surprise me is that the driver also cannot find the hotel on this way there despite i given him the address of the hotel! After turn in and out in many lanes, he called all this taxi drivers to find out the place, but all said they never heard this place before??!! I just cannot believe it. He also tried to called few taxi driver along the road and ask them about this hotel, but they also said don't know. The driver almost give up, and almost tell me take another taxi, he will pay for it, but none dare to fetch us. It was almost 8:30pm, I was hungry, my wife and kid frustrated, I thought forego the hotel, go back Spore. When I almost give up, the driver call one of his friend over the phone, his friend directed him, and finally we reach the hotel. When we reach there, we were greet by beautiful design of the hotel cos of the decoration, and carving everywhere. My kid and wife were impressed by this beautiful art piece hotel! The service was good, hotel staff very prompt in serving. The only setback is the place infected with lot of mosquito. So most of the time I stay in the room. Mattress is big, firm and comfortable. But the bath has lot of ants in the afternoon, that puzzled me. Over all the stay is unique experience, good get away from crowds, Breakfast is tasty but lack of variety. I feel that the hotel should place sign outside the main road point to their location.
