Location is superb. right in center of places and activities I am interested in.
6.6
No smiley face, no welcome greeting in reception when I checked in. Bad room with leaking shower, old shampoo sachets, towels and bed sheets with strains, no telephone in room, no password was provided until asked. But breakfast providing staff and breakfast service is good.

You can`t expect the best, but for a limited budget is perfect. It even include a nice breakfast and the best of all it´s really great located. Our taxi couldn´t fine the hotel but we finally arrived, its near a bars street so at night you can have fun around. we walked to Petronas Tower, is about 20 minutes by walking.

Stay away!!!
One of the worst experience EVER. First of all, the rooms are not clean, bed sheets are yellowish and stained. The walls are so dirty I refused to touch anything (for C. sake just clean the walls this will change everything!!!). The room smell of old cigarette because yes it is allowed to smoke everywhere... Staff is just rude and oh-so not helpful! When we arrived we've been told our room was not in their system (we've booked through zenrooms and fully prepaid), the reception gentleman was acting like he was doing us a favour to give us a room after moult arguments with him. On our last day (4 days, NO cleaning of the room by the way.....) we went to the reception (about 10pm) and ask for toilet paper as we were running out of it. We were told THERE WAS NO TOILET PAPER IN THE HOTEL AND WE HAD TO WAIT TILL THE DAY AFTER. I mean.... how can you not have basic toiletries??? We've asked for the manager's number, they refused to give us any number/email. The staff just don't give a damn about their guests, they are behind the reception desk and watching youtube or Facebook the whole day (by the way, internet is very poor) Even for a cheap price, it really doesn't worth it. On top of it, the location is right next to all bars & clubs which means you're not gonna sleep during your stay as people party right under your window every single day. The worst experience. Ever.

MOLDY DIRTY HOTEL FROM HELL; PUKED BECAUSE OF MOLDY ROOM
PLEASE BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWERS SAYING IY IS DIRTY, MOLD WITH RUDE SERVICE! SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE! The front desk was so RUDE for no reason. Perhaps having a bad day and took it out on me. here wasn't a sense of caring about guest or hospitality. There was black fungus/ mold growing on the ceilng of the bathroom. The whole room smelled like a dirty wet towel. I woke up in the middle of the night after only 4 hours sleep and vomitted 2 times from the smell. I took pictures and video of the mold, burn marks, and stains. There were mysterious red stains on my pillows ( blood or ketchup?). The paint was chipped on the walls. There was a burn mark on the sheet must have been exposed to fire. Even with the money back guarnteed you'll find it challenging to get your money back Internet is bad here. It has a somewhat good location close to Time Square. However very close to broken sad areas that is scary to walk by day or night.

Nice and easy
I stayed there for a quick night and it was just what I needed. The bed wasn't the most comfortable and I did get the cheapest room, which meant I didn't have a window to the outside, but that was fine. The breakfast wasn't fancy, but that is okay too. The room was clean, easy to check-in, and in a good location. I was able to quickly and safely get around and to the towers etc.

William .
Decent location but that is it
I'll start with the pros because there are only two: hot water and decent location. Now the cons: the toilet leaks DIRTY water when you flush it, the WiFi barely works and we are on the first floor next to the router, the rooms smell like smoke because guests continually smoke on the patio all hours, the pillows are similar to airplane ones, and the noise from neighboring nightclubs goes until the wee hours of the morning (as I type this I can hear several gentleman arguing outside). Avoid this hotel at all costs unless desperate to save a few dollars.
