The guy at the reception is not helpful. Too noisy at night. Breakfast is so bad. Dirty room.
Very good rooms and specially I impressed with the reception guy because his behaviour is very good. His name is Imran. I will suggest this hotel to my friends. Thanks
This hotel in near Changkat bukit bintang and alor street. Heaven for culinary and shopping hunter.
I pay the room for 2 days. I only stay 7 hours because, too noisy sound music and voice from all around, hard to sleep, no safety, smelly. The bed and pillow have dust.
I stay for 1 night here and this hotel is quite good with surrounded by many clubs
Budget hotel and good for travelers

Booked 2 nights here because it wasn't far from the Australian consulate where I had to sort out my passport. The room had a mouldy smell, the TV had zero channels, working ladyboys all over the motel but worst of all the deafening and vibrating noise from the nightclub downstairs that went from 10 pm until 3 am made it impossible to sleep. Ear plugs didn't help as the vibrations throughout the room from the bass of the music made it feel like a mini earthquake. Too make it worse, the noise recommended again at 7 am with cutlery and plates as they prepared breakfast. Never, ever again.

ิmajor problem here is about the noise, however it's a very good location and budget hotel
I booked here to stay for 2 nights for traveling in KL. location:the hotel is located at bukit bintang zone that's so easy access. from monorail bukit bintang station you can walk through the street to entry the hotel it's take time about 5-10 minutes.it's also near to jalan alor food street that's so vivid at night and many foods sold there.Shopping mall is not far from here you can walk to starhill, pavilion in approx.10-15 minutes. room:comfortable and functional although it's not look fresh and without a brand new thing.it's also workable that's enough for me. breakfast:not much to eat.just bread and juice were prepared so you have to go out to have breakfast on your own.nearby the hotel there're also having local restaurants, therefore it's not hard to find food. major problem:so noisy at night because there're many pubs and restaurants around the hotel and it directly disturb you all night that could be sleepless.for the first night I stayed it' so many loudly played song but I'm acceptable as I've read other traveler reviews before.then for the second night it's the noise again added with the bang like a firecracker sound. it's so harder to sleep for this night.555+

We arrived at the hotel late at night, no where seems to tell you that there is a nightclub under the hotel, the music seems to make the room actually shake. There were also working girls in the rooms surrounding us. Not clean, not safe and too loud. Enjoy!

Not bad but no way a "3-star" hotel!
The good things about this hotel are: Good location, free wifi, free breakfast, freindly staff. The bad things about this hotel are: No way 3-star quality! Be aware when booking through websites such as booking.com/agoda/wotif/last-minute etc because they have this hotel in the same class as the Hilton garden!; The rooms aren't great (smell of cigarette smoke and generally old and dingy); Bars/nightclubs located either side of the hotel which make the rooms shake. Great if you want to go clubbing but not great if you have plans and a flight the following day! My advice would be to just take the hit and stay at the Hilton instead. Best place to stay in KL at budget price! Amazing service.
I arrived after midnight & was worried the room I booked may not be available. But was pleasantly surprised that the staff helped with my bags and escort right to the room. Complimentary iced bottled water upon arrival too. Friendly staff lent me a power plug extender & hairdryer with no extra cost. Breakfast the next morning was toast bread with jam and butter, coffee, tea and orange juice. Not bad at all for the cheap price I paid for the room! Really like the open air concept of this hotel, airy and nice for a small place. The staff is very good and went out of his way to show me where the nearest train station was, what bus to take to places I wanted to go & how much taxi fares should cost. Best service. The room is also cleaned everyday by the housekeeping staff, friendly lady who gave me clean towels daily and changed my sheets every alternate days. Really above par service for a small boutique hotel. The most lively & happening nightlife in KL is just below, opposite and next door to this hotel. Amazing place. I will definitely recommend this place to travelers, especially people who love the clubs and pubs all around the hotel.
