Family vacation
Very nice place. The only downside is that wifi is limited to one device, the tv was not functioning during our stay (the hotel confirmed there was problem with their tv modem), and that check in can only be done at Grand Kampar Hotel which is located about 5mins from the condo.

The unit was exactly like the photos here. Spacious unit. There were 3+1 ensuite bedrooms. However, the TV was not functioning. I called up the hotel maintenance but was informed the TV modem was malfunction and they couldn't do anything about it (that soon). there was not enough kitchen utensils making the kitchenette somehow “useless”. The check in details was also not accurate, upon reaching the villa I was informed that check in can only be done at The Grand Kampar Hotel, which is located about 1.2KM away from the villa (this can be avoided if the check in instruction is clear and stated in the voucher).

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia.
