Location is nice. Place is good, quite old building. But clean and properly maintained. Receptionist is quite snob. Might need to learn how to become approachable and not nagging on her colleagues while guests are around.

Location is great but front office staffs aren't that helpful when we requested for an upgrade of our room due to a very old and kind of run down room shown to us. The hotel owner should seriously consider refurbish the whole interior. The lift have different level when entering thus can cause accident by tipping over. Room built-in fittings have missing drawers, malfunction lighting, crack tiles, shower head have water splashing to different direction, floor wasn't mop clean as one get dark foot while walking on it, etc.
