Seaview Pension House is family owned and their hospitality is undefineable. Location is very convenient.

The Location was our primary concern when we chose Seaview Pension House. It was close to everything. It is strategically located in the town center just few walks away from coffee kong and La sirenetta restaurant, close to the Market and souvenir shops and you can even walk from this Accomodation to Lualhati Park and the St. Augustine Church. The room assigned to us was clean and basic. No complains. We were told that we were upgraded to that room so we were just grateful. The place is quiet at night and in the morning you will wake up to the sound of the waves which has a calming effect on us. The owner was accomodating and her daughter-in-law was welcoming as well. They were helpful and gave suggestions regarding tour operators. They even called JY travel and tours to follow up on our transportation (JY has some issues and I don't want to recommend it to fellow travelers). All in all, it was like Home away from Home.

The place is awesome and cool, clean and relaxing. Surrounded with cool smiling people. The receptionist (Ivy) is very helpful as well as the owner (Nanay) is very accommodating. They serve breakfast upon request. The common area was a cool place to relax and unwind. Truly recommendable!

The place is nice...and the owner’s very helpful and accommodating.

Location is good. Joy assisted us with our requests and lent us blankets as there was none, part from bed cover, pillows and towels. A small corner sink would be useful in the bathroom. I really appreciated that they allow us to cook, since the food in restraurants and eateries seem expensive.

Room is TOTALLY different from the photo. It looks like just a small storage room forced to be turned into room, added with a fan that’s so weak not helping with the humid in the place, an old sofa bed mattress that is just placed in the floor, broken light so they just improvised the room with a lamp that is almost not giving any light, no own bathroom so you have to use the public toilet outside that is neither pleasing experience to use, and worst of all, the entire front of room facing the path/corridor is just a clear sliding glass door covered by old curtain and if you didn't noticed that the curtain isn't placed in exact middle, one of the ends of the glass will not be covered by the curtain and passing by people can peek inside. I’ve been into even cheaper the price of the room in other locations but it was the worst room I’ve ever got out of multiple travels. On the other hand, as I’ll not be able to take one more day in that room, we’ve had ours upgraded to an airconditioned room and just added 300/night. I’m so happy we did as that room we got first is too stressful to stay at. The only good side is it’s at the heart of Coron Town Proper and almost everything we need to go is just a walking distance.

Very disappointed in the room. Bathroom had no hot water in shower and no sink in the bathroom. No housekeeping and the bed sheets were flimsy.
