Staff are friendly. Breakfast is superb. Would love to come back here again.

The only aspect I appreciate about this establishment is its proximity to Chong Hua Hospital. I booked my families stay here from April 27 to May 2 and June 29 to July 3, as my brother had a scheduled follow-up appointment with his ophthalmologist and my nieces had eye check-ups as well. Given my unfamiliarity with the area and lack of knowledge about other nearby hotels, I opted to book here. My husband and I had previously stayed here with my brothers in November during our vacation in the Philippines, and I personally experienced unfriendly service from the staff, including the guard, front desk, and housekeeping. Although I did not write a review at the time, I have decided to speak out this time. Furthermore, the guard's comment to my brother, suggesting that they should stay at a different hotel near the hospital, was unacceptable to my husband and me. I have personally encountered the "Mata Pobre" attitude during my stay at this hotel, where the staff seemed to judge us based on our appearance. Despite booking an eight-night stay and spending a significant amount of money, my family and I were treated unfairly. The primary reason my husband and I chose to stay here was due to its affiliation with Best Western, as we have consistently had positive experiences with the brand. However, I will never book a stay here again and will advise my friends to avoid this hotel.

Great hotel!

Our room was clean and smelled good! The beds are comfy and the linens looked and smelled clean. The hotel’s location was perfect for what we came to Cebu for. I’d stay here again.

Spacious room with breakfast included which was very tasty. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Very clean and quiet. We enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Lovely reception area to sit and relax.

Stayed a few days, property was in good location, lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby. They charge too much for airport transfer, though.

Good but the bathroom sink collects a lot a water the every time u wash ur water!! Our stuffs gets water. All over the sink
