They are falsely advertising the room and shows a different room in the photo, the service was very bad too. You will be placed in the 39th floor which is the highest floor in the building. You will take 1 of the 4 elevators available, the elevators are dirty and smelly and scary as it shakes and usually stops along the way all the way to the top. Once you reach 39th floor, you will notice cracks on the walls of the hallway due to an earthquake previously. There are 2 huge earthquake cracks on the way to your room. Once you enter, the room is very small especially the cr. The dishes and towels are dirty. If you look around the room you will notice a few corners have molds on it. The room doesn't also have enough outlets for charging, you will have to unplug the tv to use the outlet nearest to the bed. The bed is very nice but the blankets are extremely dirty and thin. Also, they do not have remote control for the tv, only tvplus remote is available and you will not be able to turn off the tv unless you turn off tvplus, the tv is useless you can only get to watch 4-5 channels and doesn't even have remote, if you borrow remote they will tell you that that's how it is, no remote. The microwave is not working. The refrigerator is smelly and dirty. The only good thing about it is the aircon and the view.

I love Vista Taft. The room was clean and the staff were very accommodating. I highly recommend this place!

At the reception, kindly tell the guard that your reservation is under Zen Rooms and you made the booking through app. It was a swift transaction and also the room we had were enough for the two of us. Close to food stalls and well-guarded. Just bring your own toothbrush, and soap. Theres strong wifi connection because each room has its own router. Waterline is superb. However there is 2000 pesos security deposit which caught me off guard.

Accommodation looked exactly like the pic. AC and ref is working great, (although there's a water bottle that's half full when I first arrived), and wifi connection is fast. When I reported that the shower is leaking, it was immediately repaired the next day. There's also an available dust pan and broom for cleaning. However, I wish there's also a mop provided, as there is no housekeeping available when I requested during my 5 day stay. Nevertheless, will stay here again!

I arrived 3am in vista taft I have a delayed flight no body in the reception.. I ask the he said he don't know which one to contact.. for few mins of searching which number to contact we are in the zen rooms. When I was in the room I check the fridge there were still left over of ice and sandwich spread in the fridge.. the linen in the bed I am not sure if it is new because I saw crumple only in the middle.. no towels also . At around 8am I call to ask for towel it came like an hour after I am done shower already. I use pillowcase just to dry me up because I have in hurry to to my to the office .how terrible experience It was
