It's a pleasant stay at Venue Hotel The Lily. The location is convenient for us to explore east of SG. The downside is the soundproof issue which I can hear people talking when they passby our room.

If you are claustrophobic, then it won't be suitable for you. Pillow is too soft and when we called for the night shift receptionist for extra pillow, he didn't bother to call us back. Our room was upgraded by the customer service oriented personnel at the counter. He's friendly and very welcoming đź‘ŤRoom is very clean and comfortable.

From lobby to room everything very nice, my room so cozy and comfortable. Just to informed distance from Paya Lebar MRT by walk around 1 KM, so if arrive with baggage will be tired. there are bus from MRT to Hotel, Bus No.24 or 25 just 2 stop, you can pay by cash 1,5 dollar or using card.

Make up/Cleaning room very poor, did not clean mirror and floor very dusty. Corridor and Room has a bad odor smell and cigarette smell on non smoking floor. Very unpleasant smell overall.

Great location surrounding with public transportations, local food stalls/restaurants, few steps to 7-eleven, also staffs are really nice, good room provided for us.
