the room is clean and neat. the price is a good deal too! its so close from lavender mrt station and there are a lot of place to eat nearby this hotel. the fair price supermarket is only 3 minutes walk.

Great location, quiet near from the Lavender MRT. But the room was so small, there were no details on the room size when we made the booking. The bathroom kind of smell like urine even tho we already spray it with running water. The hot water didn't come out (but when we checked out, the receptionist said it has a swicth to turn on the water but we're 100 % sure we've already clicked all the switch buttons inside the room so no). So does the price worth the stay? I think not, next time I'll get myself a more decent hotel with an additional 20-30 dollars so that I can sleep and shower in comfort.

Bedroom and bathroom were clean. Facilities were quite nice considering the budget, there were hair dryer, water heater, and complimentary coffee/bottled water. Breakfast was changed daily, tasted great. The price in their restaurant is quite cheap too, if you consider Singapore ' s price. Very satisfied having dinner there.

The location is pretty good but the receptionists were quite unfriendly. I've been coming to Singapore for a few years already. However, they managed to stun me with their visitor policy. Any of my visitors have to show their ID to the reception every single time they want to come in. Yet, they didn't put this policy on any of their booking platforms. I have to appreciate the in-house restaurant. Breakfast was awesome and quite varied. It ' s fulfilling and tasty. I might not stay here anymore though.

Really bad. Shower curtain has urine stench. Toilet floor lots of hair and no toilet paper, so guess not even cleaned? Pity the hotel amenities were quite well designed.
