Lyf actually similar to studio apartment, very good facilities (gym, laundry, cafe) but no swimming pool. Location was very great, bus stop just in front the hotel and MRT station just 200m from hotel. The room not too big and no TV and fridge, but it was very clean.

Room is very clean and comfy. The staff also helpful. Location is great since near Farrer Park MRT.

I booked 3 room for family vacation. 1 room was a little bit dusty. Other rooms are clean. Rooms are well designed. Bathroom was nice and seperated from the toilet. It was a huge plus for us. They provided little pantry and refrigerator in each floor but they are dirty and smelly. I guess the hotel need to make strict policy or rules for gueats on how to use the pantry and refrigerator.

Went here for a short wedding anniversary trip with my wife. We were really amazed by the concept. 4th level gathering area where people can cook and dine together in is really brilliant. There are also other facilities such as gym, laundry, cafe, and gathering area available. Will definitely go back and try other lyf co-living space as well!

The location is very close to FahrerPark stasion and also the staff really helpful. I think when I'm going to SG again, I'll stay here 👍.

This is a clean and safe place to sleeping after a long day with many outdoor activities. Even though it's very different with the hotels in Vietnam. But I love this place.

Location is very strategic. Walking distance to MRT, mall, hospital. Room is new & clean. Plus point for having a bidet sprayer installed in the toilet. They have coin laundry (washer & dryer) service in the lobby area. They also provide iron & steamer as well. Perfect for long stay, or even just for a couple of days.

Stayed here for 2 nights, take exit G from Farrer Park MRT and basically you're arrived. Check in process really fast, no deposit needed. The communal space is clean, the room is big, the toilet has the spray thingy. On each floor you get share fridge and water dispenser. The wifi was fast and the staffs were really nice, thank you will definitely come back!

For you who are traveling alone, I highly recommend this hotel not only it has amazing view, but also the cleanliness of the bed and the bathroom. The plus side is that every floor has a water dispenser so you don't need to buy water bottles and you don't need to worry about electric socket there are plenty! However, I think the bed is too small for two people. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.
