I left my multiplug in my room 1002. But when I ask the receptionist about that, they say there is no multiplug in my room. So disappointing.

Always stay here, the location is very strategic, very close to the subway door, no need to have breakfast next door, there's a Starbucks, additional breakfast is 11,000 won, bettee if I go to Starbucks, it's 6,000 and I can get coffee and cake 😅, really good service, friendly not rude, nice staff all, If you go to Seoul, definitely stay here, the standard room is enough to accommodate 2 large suitcases, everything is clean.

The hotel is right on exit 2 of Myeong dong station, and right at the airport bus stop line 6015. The room is a bit small but the interior is new and clean. The front desk staff can speak English.

Good service, clean, good room, going to winter is very warm. But getting a room that is next to the road and the wifi doesn't reach the value, it's very sad that the internet has to be roaming. Close to the train exit, very convenient. Walking across the road, you will see a sign of a limousine bus coming from the airport. Good location with a lot of tourism

Lost my friend's phone We are sure that the housekeeper took it. Because while we search The internet signal is still connected. But when the staff took the cart to collect The connection of the 2 phones has been lost.
