This was our second visit. ( The last one was 10 years ago) . The rooms are too a good standard and extremely very clean. I would highly recommend the rooftop bar. Eduardo the barman was excellent. He was very attentive and a really nice guy.
The hotel is within a 2 minute walk of the cathedral which is extremely handy. Despite this though , it was very quiet. The pool is another very welcome feature.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and great location to Old Town Seville. Large pool was nice. Parking garage was about a 10 minute walk but the hotel offered a discount for using it. I would stay here again

Beautiful stay. Do not drive here. You literally cannot drive to this hotel. The streets are not suitable for any type of driving unless you drive a motorcycle.

Great location. Excellent cleaning and replenishment service. Loved the terrace bar when it did open. Very nice lounge / reception area.
NB, some room locations are not entirely accessible by lift and have small flights of stairs from the lift.

Andres at reception provided us with a warm welcome and easy check in. The hotel is very convenient and easily walkable to the main sights and attractions: Alcazar, cathedral, shopping and flamenco shows. Overall a great hotel for our 3 night stay in Sevilla.

It was not this close to us that there will not be aircon available during our stay because it's winter weather for them. Well it was warm not having to open Windows, we slept with open windows. It was comfortable the first night until the next morning where loud noises was almost every.hour since the clock rings and windows are open. Then we developed mosquito bites everywhere in our body over the period of our stay. Husband can't sleep in to rest a little longer because every morning there's a loud noise coming from the pool area waking him up. It's just disappointing that, that specific detail of not having an air conditioning during that time was not disclosed at the time my reservation.as if they had already assume that it is okay with it, when it was among the amenities that it should have been available. How do we know we could have chosen another place to stay in during our stay.
