It was lovely, very packed for the time of year, pools are smaller than expected room cleaniness was amazing

In total there were 15 of us staying in various locations. My stay in Gloria Palace was excellent , staff were most friendly, cleanliness was perfect, rooms all have sea views & are most spacious. I had only one complaint, my main course meal,which was duck, was inedible. I was unable to eat it as it was tough. I told my waitress but nothing was done ! So I again mentioned at reception & was told by the gentleman that he would ask his boss. When I was checking out I again asked & was told that nothing could be done!!! Such a pity that it wasnt dealt with correctly.

Great hotel, nice room with all of the essentials. The facilities are great, pool not overcrowded and communal areas kept clean and nice. The staff is amazing, special shout out to Rita Suares in the restaurant, she was the kindest. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of the 5, the food is decent, but not amazing. I love Spain and Spanish food, which I felt was lacking. Overall i would recommend

Great place to stay, a really nice hotel. The spa massages were a little disappointing - especially given the price but overall it was a great stay. Food options at the snack bar for during the day and late at night were a little limited

Ha sido una sorpresa muy grata. El hotel, aunque es uno de los pioneros en la isla de gran Canaria, se mantiene en un estado magnifico. Los buffets son variado y de una calidad fantástica, con zonas que cocinan pescado y carne al momento. Las habitaciones amplias y confortables. Fuimos con nuestra perrita y son uno de los pocos establecimientos que son pet friendly. Volveremos sin duda.

We stayed here for a week and will definitely come back. It is a fantastic hotel, the room was a great size, modern with everything we needed for a great stay. We only had breakfast which was good with quite a good variety/selection. The area the hotel is (San Augustin) is quite quiet but nice approx 5 min walk from lovely beach and approx 30 mins walk away from Playa de Ingles. The swimming pools in the hotel are lovely and if travelling with kids there is a child friendly pool complete with slide !! Overall we are really pleased with our stay, will definitely come back again and highly recommend to others.

The room was superb, very nice, and bed comfortable. Far from resort centre however easily reachable by bus. The big Negative for me was the food, the evening buffet was almost all Cold (despite that it is supposed to be hot). I did not eat particularly late in the sitting so it must have been even colder later on. The breakfast was warmer however food options not great. For a resort hotel outside of the town centre, where dining options are limited, the food should be better

All staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful. It's a large hotel with plenty of facilities and entertainment. No shortage of seating at the buffet restaurant for breakfast. Rooms were very comfortable with a useful mini fridge. Nice balcony area in each room. Sound proofing could have been better, light could be seen coming in around the door edges so sound also got in easily which meant that you could hear other guests passing in the corridor. On the other side, the entertainment sometimes went on late (1am) and if your room was nearby, you could be disturbed. Staff were very helpful in moving us further away which helps that problem. The breakfast buffet had a very wide choice including freshly cooked eggs, bacon, pancakes and was of high quality. The Gorbea restaurant in 9th floor have a nicer quieter ambience with a wonderful view to the sea. The food there was exquisite and not exorbitantly priced. There was a good variety of entertainment throughout the day with games, pool activities during the day and musical acts in the evening. Our one major suggestion would be to have more clearly defined outdoor smoking and non smoking areas. We were occasionally disturbed by cigarette smoke on the sun deck and even on our balcony by people smoking nearby.

We loved our stay. Clean, lovely pools, kids enjoyed the slides, arcade and activities. Food was lovely and enjoyed that we could walk to the beach and then up to the town I would highly recommend

Remodeling big swimming pool on time my daughter vacation in it. I complain about it to front desk, but one resolution was move her to 9 floor room. I m not recommend this place for my friends. Noise with this project not let my daughter full relax and I don’t know that was good my investment

We have a fantastic weekend

Great all inclusive hotel with option to have half board. Great variety of foods on offer. Lots of activities for all ages. Most staff are helpful. Fresh bottled water every day.

The food was terrible, every meal was below average for what we paid. The rooms were not clean properly even after we complained. I got food poisoning for 2 days after eating the seafood in the hotel restaurant. Lost 2 days of my holoday being sick due to this. The Table tennis rackets were all broken, loose tiles aroind the pool, broken lights around the property. The entertainment was bad too. I would not stay here again.

Hola, mi esposa y yo quedamos muy contentos con nuestra estancia con ustedes, tan contentos que ya hemos reservado otra estancia para el próximo invierno. Las toallas gratuitas y el agua fresca en la habitación todos los días fue una experiencia positiva.

Amazing stay , large comfortable room. Hotel was very clean. Parking was easy, plenty of street parking if the hotel parking is full. Breakfast and dinner was really good standard with plenty of options everyday. Things to improve : Gym needs updating, and would be nice if the hours are more flexible ( it was open from 7am - 9 pm) Iron not available due to fire safety risk Water in the room was not complimentary
