Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, great / easy check-in. Parking very handy. Our only gripe is only getting 2 coffee sachets and 2 very small milks each day and when you ask the woman on reception for more in the evening she very begrudgingly gives you just 2 of each again and is not happy you asked

The hotel is very good with a spacious clean modern room. Perfect location directly across road from bullring and sunset viewing park. 150m to Nuevo Punta and many restaurants at plaza at rear oh hotel. HOWEVER there are many hotels in this area and we chose this one specifically because it had a pool. On arrival we were informed that the pool was closed due too early in the season!!! We were amazed and said so. No discount or free breakfast or any other recompense was offered. Very disappointed.

Spotlessly clean, ultra friendly and helpful staff, a superb breakfast. The room wasn't huge but incredibly comfortable, again very clean, with a superb bathroom and shower. The bed was large and we slept very soundly. Location is good and underground parking is a bonus as Ronda has limited parking available. Would 100% return

This property is a very short walk from the famous bridge and the old town. Practically across the street from the bull ring. Close to lots of restaurants and everything was easily accessible. Parking underground was a real bonus. Good value.

Great location. Clean and comfortable I would, however, like to point out that the breakfast is well over priced - nearly double of that of other hotels with a similar standing. There were no notices to advise on the price and the receptionist did not allude to it on check in so this did leave a bad taste on departure whilst presented with the bill - be warned.

Great hotel, amazingly helpful and friendly receptionist when I telephoned and when we checked in. Valet parking. Really nice hotel, spotlessly clean, lovely big modern room and bathroom, safety deposit box, plenty of USB charging points, tea/coffee, lots of clean towels, plenty of space to store our many belongings so they were not in our way, great toiletries and accessories provided, Hotel bar/restaurant really nice atmosphere and good service. We didn’t take the breakfast as buffet is one price and when you have food allergies it’s not worth it but that’s just how it is for us.
