Our stay at the Palacio de Santa Ines Hotel was perfect for our short trip to Granada. The staff was very friendly and the location was a great base to explore the more touristy areas of Granada. Our room was huge and we were delighted to have a separate living room. This was a great value, and we would definitely recommend it to any friends visiting the city!

The property is unique, established within a (what looks like) an historical building. We loved the two courtyards and rooms being around the central courtyards. The staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful and informative about things to do. Our bedroom was clean and spacious and the mini-bar was big enough to hold some of our own food items too. We were never bothered unnecessarily. The only issue I had was with the noises that came from movement in the upstairs bedrooms because, of course, there is no carpeting. That being said, the rooms all have individual air conditioning so you can set the temperature at your desired levels. The hotel staff kindly provided us with an extra fan as we were not used to the August heat and sent us a basket of fresh, seasonal fruits (substituted for the usual bottle of wine since we don’t drink alcohol. The hotel is situated just off the famous El Darro and getting into town is easily walkable, and doesn’t take long either. All in all, we loved this hotel and would go back again.

We rented a superior room, pictures showed seating, a balcony and a view. We got a small room, no where to sit but the bed and the view was only by sticking your head out the window and looking to the side. Bait and switch on the rooms and pics

Very nice and relaxed hotel, lovely room and very clean. In a beautiful building and in a beautiful part of town as well. Breakfast was good but was getting a bit repetitive by the end of the week. The bathrooms were also not in the best condition, nothing crazy just sealant and other bits that looked a bit tired. Just an aesthetic issue though, they were very clean!

Lovely, quaint and with a unique spanish-moorish character. A few steps from restaurants. Situated in Albaicin, which is Granada’s Arab oldest quarter just a few minutes walk to Alhambra. Clean room, friendly staffs and taxi is available anytime. Had a great time staying in this hotel.

The hotel was lovely and it wasn't as central as we would've liked however the hotel's appearance was charming and the staff were helpful however it seemed troubling that they didn't share many other locations other than the Alhambra and we wanted to see more than the Alhambra. Otherwise it was lovely and clean.
