Every time you come to Hat Yai, you have to stay at this hotel. Big hotel, spacious room, cool air conditioner, quiet, lovely staff, good service. Let's stay a lot.

Everything is good. Near with the street food stall. Near with food stall/restaurant about 5mins only. Really recommended for those looking hotel for stay at Dan Nok. Just a lil opinion for hotel facilities need to upgrade or check the facilities at room cause the room I got have some problems about the lamp. Everything is good.

Friends and I were assigned adjacent rooms on the 8th floor. Upon entering the room, we were catered to the shocks of our lives. The rooms were untidy, unkept, and messy with bed sheets and blankets piled up, this could be because the previous guests could have just checked out. The staff in the lobby was not notified of these ' unprepared rooms ' by the cleaners in this hotel. Probably communication mishap among the staff. The experience was not a pleasant one, we drove almost 7 hours from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and then had to put in another couple of hours at both the immigration on the Malaysian and Thailand side with heavy human and vehicle traffic due to school holidays. Only to be greeted with messy rooms! Acting on our complaint, we were then assigned rooms on the 7th floor which was way better. This experience has put us off and will never again book this hotel.

Good service staff in every position. Convenient, want to travel anywhere nearby, there is a free shuttle. Overall is very good

The staff is very good. The flight flew until the morning. But the hotel was able to allow him to rest first. I'm very impressed. Overall is good, the price is not expensive.
