The condo itself was very spacious and modern with 2 beautiful swimming pools. The staff were very helpful and were happy to give us advice and help with any questions and arranging transport for us. I would recommend hiring a car or scooter to get around as walking everywhere can get uncomfortable in the heat. We had our 2 children with us age 8 and 5 and either got a car or walked to the end of the road and got a songthaew.

The Park Samui is lovely, if you like a lovely quiet setting where you can relax without the frenetic activity of the Thai tourist industry intruding this is the place for you. A couple of lovely pools just outside the apartments, really helpful staff from the receptionist right down to the cleaners. We liked being able to have our own breakfast at home and then being able to walk down to the beach at Cheung Mon. It is at least a 20-25 min walk, but it's all downhill and you can always take a Taxi back. The apartment itself was lovely, the shower was broken in the main bedroom when we arrived and they very quickly had it mended. I would say that our unit could do with a little TLC, the kitchen could have been better supplied, kitchen hob updated, bathrooms need attention. This isn't down to the staff at the Park though as every unit is individually owned so they are responsible for the upkeep. The staff themselves were very attentive, as soon as we mentioned anything, they dealt with it. There was a really nice little gym onsite, it had everything I needed to do a workout and there was a really nice deck area under cover if you fancy doing a bit of yoga or pilates with sound of the water trickling in the background. We had a lovely relaxing holiday which was just what we needed. Thank you !

We stayed here for 3 nights and found the apartment top class (opted for 2BHK with ground view). The rooms (including living and bedrooms) are quite modern and spacious. The property is amazing (with all amenities) but at a deserted location ( 4-5km away from the main chewang market area), maybe more suitable for people looking for a relaxed, away from hustle-bustle trip. We were also told (by hotel) not to go out at night (by foot) as the lane connecting to the main road (nearly 300 metres) has no street lights and looks quite scary. So, a car or a scooter is must if going out/ coming back at night (hotel helped in getting scooters)

We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 young children. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. I booked because most reviews said the rooms are very clean. I was not disappointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool or had breakfast on site. Hired a car for 1100 THB per day and drove around which was a good suggestion by the staff: as the only downside of The Park is the location. It is not easy to get to without a car or scooter and taxis are expensive. Anyway, very happy overall and would definitely recommend.

From the moment we arrived I knew I had made a great choice in accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, spacious and well appointed apartments, beautiful gardens and pool areas. We were close enough to the beach (short 5 min drive) or if you're feeling energetic (remember it's quite hot and humid) around a 20 minute walk to Choeng Mon beach. Walking can be a little hazardous, as there are no footpaths and the traffic can get quite busy. I would recommend hiring a car (hotel staff can organise it for you) if you're brave enough to combat the traffic. Once you get used to the bikes whizzing around you, it's not so bad! It made it so much easier to travel around, especially as a family of 5. Not too far away is the Big Buddha with some great shopping and Wat Plai Laem - Suwannaram Temple is a must see. At Chaweng beach, there's lots of shopping and a large supermarket for food shopping. They also have a carpark market on Wednesday nights. We loved the food stalls, especially the bags of sweet and juicy pineapple.

We traveled with a 11 month old baby. Kurt, Tik and the staff were very helpful. They are a very honest bunch of people. Prices of car and scooter were at par with the market. Their recommendation were also spot on. The cot for the baby was pretty good. 7 eleven is 10 mins away. Choi Mon beach is 15 -20 mins away on foot. We wanted to stay away from the hustle bustle of the beach and This property was pretty much what we wanted. Food is ordered from restaurants around. Has good veg options. Chawang beach is 15 mins away on a bike.

We booked to stay at The Park Samui for just over 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year, overall we were very pleased with the apartment, pool, gym and the staff are friendly. The location is a bit out of town but wasn't too much of a problem because we hired a jeep for 5 days and they have a tuk tuk service to the nearest beach, which was a nice beach, but don't expect the tuk tuk to pick you up because they forget! The main dissatisfaction was that we had to move apartments the day before we were getting married which was very inconvenient and we lost half a day moving. We would stay at these apartments again and would recommend them.

Lived at those apartment 2 times before, in 2009 and 2012. Then they had transportation/or manned reception who arranged taxi. They also had restaurant, so u not always needed to travel to get to restaurant. Service was much better before, better cleaning of pool, outdoor areas and apartment. Good standard of apartments and fully equipped. Now is is leaf everywhere outside, To much trees in areas. Cleaning of rooms only once a week, and quality of cleaning is not good. Bathroom was not good cleaned, floor neither in general. We got no information when arrived about how reception is manned, who to call if there was problems. U should rent a car of motorbike, orelse it will be expensive with taxi all time. Not all taxidrivers knew where hotel was, so that was a problem in the beginning until I learnt how to explain what area. U can take tuk-tuk, but then you need to go 5-600 meter to "main road" and wait. This apartmenthotel is for those who want to to everything by themselves, but to expencive compared to what we get. Standard, quality and service was much better before I will not live there anymore.
