Location is central everything is around the hotel The guy working in the reception day time is a super friendly I ain’t remember his name but very honest and friendly and the 2guys working on night shifts are super friendly also very helpful

The hotel overall is really good. The room need a little bit maintenance. The reception speaks English. Which is rare to find in other hotels. But overall it was good

I reserved the place for my parents while I was not able to take care of them in Ankara. The staffs are really friendly. They assisted my parents while they stayed there in the quarantine period. The rooms are very clean with a great view. I appreciate what the amazing staffs did for my parents.

Mi parte favorita de este hotel es la variedad de desayuno que ofrecen cada dia, estuve una semana y no me toco repetir ni una vez los platillos principales. Al rededor de hotel hay muchos hospitales y uno esta exactamente en frente lo que puede ser util para algunas personas. El gimnasio esta casi siempre solo y nadie te molestara aunque no tiene muchos aparatos y falta equipo es algo que se puede mejorar pero es suficiente mente util para hacer algo de ejercicio al dia. El internet en mi habitacion en ocasiones me fluctuaba y no es tan rapido como en otros paises pero es suficientemente bueno para ver peliculas en streaming en HD.

The staff was very attentive and polite. The upgraded room was clean and comfortable. I did not particularly care for the area surrounding the hotel but I know that not much can be done about that. Overall the hotel met my expectations and I enjoyed my stay. It was very good value for the price.

The worst hotel service ever i had in my life, very dirty carpet in the room, damage towels, room electric problem, noisy from street due to window damages, rude staff & so many more bad experiences ... for example they said the breakfast timing is 7 to 10, i went for breakfast 7:05 & i waited till 7:30 still the breakfast service was not ready, i went back to my room. the safe box in the room was not working, the daily drinking water was not serving unless i asked, next day i asked for iron table the reception staff was not helpful & speaking aggressively, honestly it's a 2 star hotel not 4 stars & i don't recommend it to anyone.
