The receptionist was a little rude. Maybe he had a bad day! But in general it was a beautiful hotel and the service was good.

Pros: Lovely hotel Lobby decorated nicely, great interior design Friendly and welcoming staff Nice rooms with toiletries provided Good location, easy to get taxis (Uber or there is a taxi station about 5mins walk, also you can hail taxis) Good communication, staff tried to communicate in English where possible but Google translate also helped Lovely breakfast, good variety Great spa facilities- jacuzzi, steam and sauna free to use. I also had a Turkish scrub and Bali massage for 550TL, bargain!! Gym seemed decently equipped although I didn’t use it Indoor lounge facilities if you want to chill away from your room Free wifi, although the signal sometimes dropped but it was very decent Cons: Rooms were a bit worn out in places (my shower door was a bit broken as was the cupboard but these were not deal breakers) Jacuzzi wasn’t working for the 5 days we were there Pool temperature was quite cold but manageable once you get over the initial shock

Propert was convenient location but looked a bit tired. Room smelled of smoke even though it was a no smoking room. Air-conditioning wasnt efficient. Check in and out was efficient and security was pleasent.

This Hotel is nothing but a Hostel. It is not luxurious. Not a 5 star property. Totally disgusted by how dirty the carpet is. Lugar rack fallen apart I asked for a manager because we found some pills and a some med empty package under the bed. Outlets on the rooms are ripped off the walls. Not as expected. I was told that a manager was out of town for a week as if they don’t know how to Habdle a request at the front desk. Staff needs more training .not worth your money

pros: 1. recently renovated rooms, clean and comfy bed 2. good breakfast cons: 1. the washrooms and toilet need renovation 2. unprofessional staff, noone informed me about the vip perks and they couldn't even speak good English. not what you expect in a 5star hotel 3. the fridge in the room was broken so i needed to send my cheese down to the kitchen .

So overall this hotel was amazing however i do believe some staff require training the food variety and standards needs to improve Reception staff are very polite and welcoming but room service are not on par with the rest of the hotel staff. The pool was cold definitely not 27 degrees as stated Overall for the peice this hotel was awesome

nice, clean hotel. room was a bit hot, otherwise, the hotel is very good! breakfast is very good also. i forgot my jacket in the room and the staff kept it for me. will definitely come again. ps! the front desk staff is great, particularly Pinar and the other lady.

Slightly starchy reception but generally a wonderful stay. Security takes priority. Was upgraded to a room with extra amenities and good views. Quiet and comfortable. Spa centre with pool and therapeutic massage gets 10 out of 10. Good wifi and smorgasbord breakfast. Pleasant staff. Would definitely stay again.
