I stayed 2 nights at this charming Hotel and I have to say that it exceeded my expectations. The first night I dined in the Restaurant which had two musicians playing and I thoroughly enjoyed everything about it, the ambience, the food and service was excellent, the only thing I missed was having someone to share this with me. The Hotel is beautifully decorated, delightfully elegant but not trashy like some large Hotel chains seem to be. It is situated within mtrs of the centre of the City, therefore very convenient. I have travelled to Turkey many times and this Hotel is up with the best. It also has a pool but as I did not use that facility, I cannot review it.

Friendly owner who spoke English and changed our room immediately on learning we had a problem with the shower. Good breakfast. Menemen would be great if it could be offered freshly cooked.

Room was not properly cleaned. Everywhere smells cigarettes. We stayed with the baby so it was very disturbing. People smoke inside of the room. The property is overall very old and should be repaired. The breakfast is poor and not fresh. Never ever again. Very disappointing.

The high standard of our previous visit has not been maintained. The professionalism and attention to detail has lessened. On our first night there was a party in the restaurant area directly above our room. The music went on until 11, the dancing (of the jumping up and down on the spot variety) ended at midnight and then there was an hour of chairs being scraped across the floor. We had a very disturbed sleep. The debris in the lift by the partygoers was not cleared away until the following evening.

The hotel is centrally located and has a good breakfast. On the negative side, the room I was given was quite loud in terms of hall traffic and in terms of the walls being thin (I could hear my neighbors), and outside there were two cafes that stay open late. The front desk staff were very helpful, but the ones at breakfast less so.

Bizi ilk aldıkları oda nispeten daha büyük bir odaydı. Ancak inanılmaz yoğun bir sigara kokusu vardı. Oda değişimi istedik hemen yaptılar. Ancak bizi aldıkları oda çok küçüktü. Kızımıza yatak diye verdikleri açılmış tek kişilik bir koltuktu. Koltuk açılınca masaya temas etmiş cam kenarına geçişimiz bile engellenmişti ve camda büyük bir çatlak vardı. Oda yine havasızdı ama sigara daha az koktuğu işin kalmayı kabul ettik. Çok küçük bir odaydı resmen boğuluyot gibi hissettim. Banyoda su duşakabinden hep içeriye akıyordu. Tüm alan ıslanıyordu. 3 kişi olmamıza rağmen tek bornoz bırakılmıştı. Ve duvarları aşırı ses geçiyor sabaha kadar yani gerçekten 04:43 e kadar yan odadakilerin konuşma sesinden uyuyamadık. Personel ilgiliydi sağolsunlar ama şehir dışından aile konaklaması için asla uygun bir otel değil
