Worst hotel ever, scaming, don't ever book this hotel 😡😡😡😡

Highly do not recommend staying at this hotel. The good thing is that the location is close to tourist attractions. Order 2 rooms for 4 people, at nights I was visited by a hotel person he said I booked only for 2 people but there were 3 who came (1 my friend was still on the road). I was charged again tl 765. Indeed, in the booking application there is writing 1 room 1 person. But I think it's just a template because it's usually 1 hotel room for 2 people. Is that a room with 1 double bed + 1 single bed, is it only for 1 person? In both rooms the heater didn't work, the water closet kept running, the TV & fridge didn't work, the cupboard door was opened and it fell down. Wifi at night suddenly turned off. We checked in & checked out no one except to call the person sleeping in the restaurant under the hotel. The window can't be closed tightly. Pay palakan they also can't use a card. Want cash. Don't ever stay here, even if it's cheap. But there is no security, comfort & peace of mind. Very bad experience
