Great location, excellent service and excellent room. We loved the hotel, the restaurant located at the top of the hotel has a great view. Breakfast buffet has a great variety of options. You will be staying in the middle of everything you want to do.

Overall very good. Front desk staff very welcoming and supportive. Clean and housekeepers on top of their game. Their massage was great. The downside is that the lights in hallways are quite dim.

The hotel is located in a commercial area but tbis does not detract from the hotel's eSy access to the Metro and Tram, just minutes away. The hotel is comfortable ans spotless. The room we had was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided each day. The walk in shower was excellent...lots of hot water. The breakfast was typical of Istanbul lots of choices ...cheese, olives etc. It certainly helped set us up for the day. Just to let you know that this was our 5th stay at this hotel. We probably would stay here again if we return to Istanbul.

The pros include the location and price. The cons include bad wifi connection in the room and the room was noisy (drilling work around 10am and at night you could hear nearby room residents clearly and that disturbedy sleep)

It was great hotel for money but the front desk guy “ murat “ was not really friendly towards guest. I guess he was the actual owner or something but I really want him to get trouble. He just need little hospitals training.

The stay was good..clean and staff were very helpful.wifi is interrrupted in the rooms but good in the loby. We extedned our stay from 2 initial nights to extra 4. Spottless clean and the double glaced windows and very good blinds we had very good sleep.

i liked the location, it's closed to transportation and attraction. They had an internet issue and couldn't connect to their wifi from our room. it was only available in the lobby and not all the time.

My stay at Yigitalp Hotel can be summarised in one word, horrendous. We booked two standard rooms but got two different rooms (one was much smaller than the other), the morning staff were very rude and refused to change the room on the first day. The air conditioning cooling system is turned off by the hotel in the early morning hours. The elevators got stuck and were never fixed. The rooms smelled like bad perfume and the cleanliness was ok, not to mention the really small TV’s ( I’m talking smaller than a laptop’s screen). The roads leading to the hotel are closed in the daytime. I would not recommend that anyone stays at this hotel.

Only and short walk away from train station or you can walk all way to Ayasofia. We stayed in a room with three beds which are all European sized. Can't ask for American size rooms or beds.....Very nice, clean and odorfree room... Staff was very friendly...The complementary breakfast was two thumbs up. I rated it 5 in all categories.... Highly recommended

The Hotel is good overall with convenient access to all attractions in the Old City. The main Issue I had was the smell of smoke in the room. I do not smoke. The room smelled like it was occupied by smokers or maybe the smell of some came thru the A/C vents. The rooms and furniture are old but clean. All in all it is a good value for the money.
