We got there late but nice comfortable beds waiting on us. Front desk attendants were very pleasant. Housekeeping was very pleasant even when I asked them for things. The only down side was they were working on the pool. The kids enjoyed their stay. That's the main thing.

I wanted a cheap hotel and this place did not disappoint. The bed seemed to be a queen size mattress on a full size frame, so the edges sagged and you'd fall off if you got too close to the sides. The shower head had multiple settings, which is neat except that the only setting that actually worked was the full-blast pins-and-needles pulsating massage mode. The bedspread had a smell that I recognized from home as a sign that my washing machine needs a good cleaning/sterilization... Housekeeping did replace it the next day when the found it on the floor in a corner as far from the bed as possible. Overall this hotel did not feel unclean or unsafe, just missing some attention to detail.

The room smelt like dirty feet and the guys at the counter could care less if you stood there as they played games on their phones even as he was checking us in. There were people sitting out side drinking. Compared to the red roof inn a town over this was a million times better. So we stayed here instead.

Hotel should be required to honor prices quoted online. Website stated a pet charge of 15.00. A free booking a nonrefundable rate, I got to the hotel and they had a sign on the register that pets were 20.00. I told them their website stated 15.00 but was told I had to pay 20.00. I had no choice but to pay the 20.00 at this point. Is this legal?

I reserved a queen size bed in a non-smoking room. When I arrived, they told me that they did not have any rooms like that and that I would have to have a smoking room and have to pay more for it. I ended up calling Expedia and they resolved the issue. I feel that Alan lacked professional decorum. The air conditioner vent had black moldy substance on it. The bed was soiled. The floor was dirty. Two of the light fixtures in the room did not work. I had to kill two bugs in the row. I have pictures to substantiate this information.

While arriving there was many sketchy looking individuals just loitering outside all. When we got in the building there didn't appear to be ac in the lobby because it was all hot. We arrived in our room and first noticed the light above the mirror didn't work. Then while trying to get conformable on the bed I noticed one side was hanging off the frame roughly 5 inches making it very uncomfortable. Not to mention the bed in general was very worn and uncomfortable. Also used the restroom and found out the toilet seat was broken and looked a little gross under the hinges.

When we got there, the pool was closed. There was nasty dirty water in it. Online says that they have a pool open when we got into the room. There was no toilet paper on the toilet paper holder. The beds we're stained and gross, you could see because the sheet was hardly on them and one of the beds was hanging off the side of the frame.

Location off of the interstate was great. Check in was fast. We arrived very late and we were very tired from traveling all day. Daughter - in -law laughed about how the beds were wrinkled when someone made them. Come to find out it appeared that someone had just thrown the covers back over the bed. I found crumbs and a piece of thread under my sheet. I should have know something might be up when the front desk sign read no refunds after 15 minutes of check in. We should not be charged the full amount.
