room was clean everything was in working condition breakfast was palatable and well stocked we had zero issues with our stay bonus was RTD station just a short walk to take the train right into Denver's Union Station

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room needed minor repairs such as the carpet staple that was poking out of the floor and the ac was hissing. We let the staff know they made note for maintenance to fix after we left since we told them it was not a big deal to us.

I got charged more than what i supposed to pay. I don't understand that. Even the date i put in was moved to the 6th, it was supposed to be the 5th. And it took a toll on my bank account. That's to much for me.. now i want part of the money back. Any questions let me know please. Thanks

It is a nice property in a nice area the major downside to this particular room if you are on the north or east side of the building by the freeway, it is incredibly noisy all the time.

We booked this hotel so that we would be close to the hospital where my husband would have to check in early for a procedure. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. However, we had just fallen asleep for the night when the phone in the room rang. The person on the phone was calling from the front desk. They said the computer system went down and they needed to get our information back in before midnight (the time of the call was 11:39). I was half asleep and so confused. I just remember saying why are you calling us so late??? I told this person I will not give you my information over the phone and will be down to the desk to see them in person. The guy was trying to talk to me, but I was mad and hung up on him. I threw on some clothes and my husband and I walked down to the front desk. When we arrive, no one was present. After a few seconds, a young lady came out from behind a desk around the corner. She looked very surprised to see us and asked how she could help us. I told her we had just received a call from the front desk thing that the computers were down and they needed to update our information. She had no idea what we were talking about? It was at that time that she recalled that a man had called the hotel and had been asking for people with names that were not checked into the hotel. So then he was asking for specific rooms. So I asked her why she would have transferred him to our room? She really did not give us an answer to that
