A very quick stay arrived after midnight because of late flight into Albany and left early morning. Our uber driver stood us up and the gentleman, Angel, at the front desk took care of it and helped with a refund from uber!

This Hampton Inn was definitely a step above, from flavored waffle mix, to cookies, and snacks take take with you for the day in the lobby. They work hard to make it an extremely friendly hotel. Also, all of the employees we met were extra kind and friendly and chatty! We loved it!

food variety could have been better. coffee was very good, needed additional canisters, ran-out several times. the sleeping was very good, outlets were easy to utilize. More Lighting in certain areas of the room could be improved.

They do not clean the room everyday. Which I think is ridiculous for what you pay. Pillows are lousy. Only 3 towels for two people for two night stay

I've stayed at many Hilton properties nationwide and this one is a bare bones Hampton Inn. Hotel seriously needs a refresh. Rooms assigned to us by Hotels.com we're both handicapped rooms which we did not request and could not change due to the property being sold out. It was unattractive and held no furniture other than a rolling desk chair. Our friends and we needed to personally bring standard meeting room chairs upstairs so we had something else to sit on. Bed was pretty comfortable. A/C worked but was old and noisy. Hallway ceiling next door to us sprang a leak which could not be repaired until the next day and nearly filled a large garbage can overnight. Breakfast was adequate but nothing more. We would not stay there again.

Breakfast was poorly supplied both mornings. First morning, they had run out of napkins and proffered facial tissue boxes. Egg thingies were overcooked, dry and some burned. Second morning, ran out of eggs and yogurts with two hours to go. Fire the manager. Music was too loud, too. Room was comfortable but the A/C compressor is extremely loud when it goes on or off. The mini-fridge was a micro-fridge without a freezer and didn’t get cold. Disappointed.

Let me start with the positive. The room itself was very nice. Comfortable, clean, and quiet. The poor is the service. The hotel's website states that the complimentary airport shuttle is available from 6 am-11 pm. To confirm, we made a 7 pm phone call to the hotel and were told the shuttle ran until 10:30 pm. When we arrived at the airport at 9:00 pm, the front desk person said they were the only one there and that we should take an Uber and would be reimbursed. We did that and emailed them the receipt it took 5 days before they responded. I was told they would credit my credit card that evening. Five days past and still no credit. I called at ~8 pm. I was put on told for over 20 minutes because the person who answered was the only one there (which presumably meant that the shuttle would be again unavailable). When they finally got back to my call they did send me a receipt that showed that my card had been credited that day or 5 days after promised. In short, if you want to be able to trust what is written and you are told, book a different hotel.

Was here for a Dave Matthews concert with my wife. Would we stay here again? Yes, absolutely. Was it the best Hampton Inn we have ever visited? Not necessarily. The bottom line is the room was tolerable and clean, but it was a little sterile, especially the bathroom area. The best way I can describe it is that it felt more like a Fairfield Inn than a Hampton Inn, if that makes any sense.
