Love this this hotel. Very comfortable and spacious. Especially with the grandkids.

Shower was the worst i have ever had. Staff did not speak English.

The bed was uncomfortable and squeaked anytime you moved. The towels had stains on them. The gate to the pool did not lock. There was hardly any furniture at the pool and what they did have was in terrible condition. The bathroom at the pool was out of service. The grass needed to be cut, hedges were in desperate need of pruning and flower beds were full of weeds. We booked a stay for 3 nights. After the second night I asked if we could check out a day early because our softball tournament was cancelled due to the flooding in the hill country. I was told we could not be issued a refund for the third night. To make matters worse, there was another lady at the desk who wanted a room and they didn’t have any available. She offered to pay me for my room and take it and they said we couldn’t do that. We left even though they wouldn’t refund the third night and the other lady didn’t get a room. Others from our team stayed at different properties who refunded them to the extenuating weather circumstances. I will not be staying at LaQuinta for future travel needs, it was a terrible experience. I told them I would not be writing a positive review when we left and they said that’s fine, they didn’t seem to care. I recommend looking elsewhere if you need to stay in Seguin.

I booked this hotel in error and called within minutes of booking and they refused to refund my money. I live in Canada and booked this hotel in Texas completely by accident. They would not even listen to my reasoning and refused to refund my money. Horrible service

Weekend stay for a river trip, offered the clean and quiet recharge we needed.

Good

New property conveniently located next to zinterstate 10. Breakfast items are the same as offered at other properties in same class such as Marriott's Fairfield but lacking seasoning of potatoes. Did gurt, cold cereals and waffles equivalent to otber concepts. Biggest concern was prsence of roaches in room which hlpefully is being taken care of by pest control. It was nice to have fast food and sit down restaurants close by.

It was a basic hotel room. It was clean but just an older room.

Hotel A/c was great! Staff was friendly & helpful. Price was reasonable. Breakfast was your avg. hotel faire. Overall no complaints

Very clean only bad thing is I could hear the highway all night from my room.

The breakfast was not what the pictures showed. No bacon, eggs and potatoes were dry. Once something was gone no more was made. Manager Jennifer was amazing she helped with anything and everything we needed. Pool was stained and dirty, but it also rained some. Elevator kept getting stuck that was scary.

Wow, this was very convenient. Moving from the university and back. The Internet was ridiculously unstable in the middle of the night. The power went out and the fire alarm came on the juice maker for breakfast didn’t work ever. The pool area needs to be updated. At least the furniture around the pool does and the temperature of the pool was so cold. My son could not stay in more than 30 minutes before he started shivering The pool area also smells like trash, although no gondola is near.

The Seguin property has been renovated and it is very nice. Still some minor updates in progress but a renovation well done.

Excellent service at the desk. Jennifer was knowledgable of the area, and very helpful to all our questions and concerns during our stay. Jennifer has a very personable, way of service, and an attitude of service. Give her an excellent write up in her review, or better yet back the truck up with a raise$...she is an asset. Also, Santos prepares breakfast each day. Really well done and she is always on schedule, and pleasant with any request. Her food prep is very good. Please give her a very positive write up and review.

It was easy parking Easy to located and various restaurants in the area

It was very convenient to where we were visiting..it was better this time , Our prior stay. So will be returning.

Everything was ok but the AC didn't blow very cold
