It's nothing fancy, but clean and good location. What we missed the most was a toaster and a safe for valuables.

It’s a place to stay by Mt Rainier’s White River entrance (Sunrise Corridor). But, it’s not a comfortable hotel. The beds are very cheap and rickety, the air conditioning units have seen better days, and the bathrooms are sad. It was clean, but worn down to where it looked dirty. It’s not a terrible place, but it’s not a good one either.

Just used this to stay before riding RAMROD. It is right next door to the start. Clean enough. A little noisy from people outside. Outside stairs were falling apart and held together with some wood blocks, but they had an orange cone there. Good for the purpose I needed it for.

The biggest issues was the ac unit in 113 was wildly loud and also didn’t really cool the room. It would be hard to talk over the noise of it! Other than that, it was a convenient location but could do with some ugrading. I would say that all the plugs and ports were super helpful

Not horrible but not great. The hotel is old. The bed was stiff. The check in lady forgot our extra towels. The next morning the man at the office said there was no maid service but hand delivered them to us. No iron, no blow dryer… very basic. Couldn’t find an ice machine. Also, kept running out of hot water in the shower so if you are with others beware last person gets luke warm.

Pros: Nice and friendly front desk check-in lady. Comfortable and soft bed. Relatively quiet at night. Cons: Upper floor outside walkways feel like you are one step away from falling through them...not well kept. Front door had daylight gaps on all sides. TV was small and sound was terrible. Balcony window shades let lots of light and didn't keep courtyard lighting from lighting up the room at night. Bathroom was old and didn't feel comfortable at all...although water had good pressure and hot shower wasn't an issue. Overall, a cheap renovation was performed to make it look good in pictures, but once physically in the room it feels even cheaper.

Sheets and towels were the only thing I would say were clean. The smell from the sink was awful and a brown stain was on it when we arrived. We only used it to brush teeth or wash hands.
