There was a luggage box, the staff told me to send it at the counter, I didn't need to bring it to the room, I sent it at the counter until I went to the airport to discover the box was slashed with adhesive and glued, inside me to carry all the gifts. go north to donate more do not know if there is anything lost, when leaving the hotel staff also forgot to return their identification card to the airport to go back to get it. And the room is different from the pictures they post on the web, which are in general degraded, the toilets are dirty. never come back next time. but especially intense network wifi but can not access the network. 2 days off, take 2 days apart from social networks

I booked a room for 4 people but when I checked in the reception gave the room key to 3 people. When we reached the room smelling of cigarettes, we turned down the reception to the room to request. After receiving a new room is better than the previous room but the equipment is very old, the TV is not clear. The front desk also smells of cigarettes.

The hotel is quite dirty, the fridge is watery, the toilet is smelly in room 205 and room 105 is moldy
