Friendly and enthusiastic staff, location near the center. Room hygiene was poor because when I entered, there was a bad smell, and there was hair on the bed sheet The bathroom did not have hot water (but this was because I did not read the amenities carefully when booking the room)

Wifi is very poor, old and broken equipment, the toilet handle is broken, you have to open the tank to flush, two shower heads, one only flushes cold water, the other only flushes hot water, the ceiling is stained, the windows don't close properly so the wind makes the windows make loud noises. The fridge is quite dirty, there's a broken milk tea cup in there.

The room was booked & paid in advance without choosing the room the guest originally booked, arbitrarily upgraded, resulting in a damaged Rest room. Requires the guest to stay in 2 separate rooms & handle it tomorrow. The single room is not clean, has a smell, the Rest room light is dim, the room light is not as good. The room quality is not ok, when entering the room, I feel unhappy to use the service. Although the location is ok, convenient to move around, the quality is too bad.

Only suitable for the West to go crowded. I am from 14 - July 17, 2018. We planned to have a full honeymoon vacation in Saigon but everything was very bad. On check-in they said a very unreasonable reason was a full room, so we took us to temporarily stay at 64 Bui Vien (extremely noisy and unhappy), even though we paid the room. The next morning I couldn't stand the noise anymore, so I asked back. The morning food is very poor when there are 5 sets: any set of bread and 1 of the fried eggs are divided equally for 5 sets. Room cleaning staff are 2 older women, only collecting garbage, not cleaning rooms. Not deserving of being treated like that when choosing a hotel in the center with big money.
