Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, wonderful beach but in a quiet location, not very accessible to town and shops.

Always a pleasure staying there. Airport shuttle service fully appreciated. Require significantly more adult oriented activities on site. Breakfast buffet superb.

Beautiful beach front resort which actually looked just like the photos. Great ocean view from the room with a balcony. Everything was very clean and seemed new. The staff were kind and professional. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed our time at the beach and the pool. Daily breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. The free shuttle to and from the airport was extremely convenient.

Nice place

Hotel was nice, staff were friendly. We had a room overlooking the pool which was very nice. The spa facilities was great. Location was a bit further out from the main township of Phu Quoc, however if you wanted to just relax this is the place to be.

Excellent Property combined with Fantastic Service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Facilities were good and only surpassed by the excellent service we received from their staff. Gladly return to this Hotel for another vacation, soon! !

Wonderful hotel with amazing views. However the overall service is lacking that of an actually 5 star hotel. On our first night we went to have some dinner at 8:10 in the beach club as the sign said dinner was until 9:30 , we were then told food stopped at 8pm. We then went to the other restaurant- both have the exact same food menu with no variety between them. All ordering is done via QR code on the table - a lot of information is missing in terms of details on it. There are 2 drinks packages you can buy when you scan the QR code but it doesn’t provide any info to what is actually included. On our second night we had dinner at the beach club. My food came down 15 minutes before my parters & our drinks didn’t come until half way through the meal. The waiter also spilled water all over our table when pouring our glasses and didn’t bother to clean it up. The hotel has a shop onsite which the price is reasonable, however I don’t feel a mandatory service charge being added in the shop when buying water & snacks is needed ? €7 for 750ml of water when sitting out by the pool is also a complete rip off. The room was great but due to the poor service I don’t think I would return.

Simply amazing real 5 star service. Wonder rooms and ambience throughout the hotel. Breakfast was also super special and everything just so fresh.

All staffs are really kind and all brand new facilities.

Overall was good. Excellent staffs. Beautiful ocean view and pool. However, the food was way over price and not even good.

The hotel is sat on really nice grounds, right on a really nice, clean beach, the pool is fantastic. We stayed in the two-bed villa which was incredible and really spacious with two private pools, right on the beach. The staff were generally friendly and the chef had created a special vegetarian menu for us, which was really appreciated. The hotel only had one restaurant operational at any given time, this was a shame, given the size of the hotel and no other restaurants within walking distance. They should definitely have three or four restaurants with different themes/cuisines. Service was also quite slow if the food was not pre-booked. We were also charged USD 80/night for a camp bed which was too high. All in all a fantastic hotel, in the north of Phu Quoc (so near Vinwonders) but far from everything else so great for a quiet break with family.

If you like new hotels, Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc is an excellent choice. All facilities and the beach are very clean. Enjoyed true hospitality from the Staff. Dining options are great and the breakfasts were fantastic. Enjoyed the lapping pool all to myself. Stayed for 3 nights. Nicely designed building and interiors.

Beautiful new property with spacious rooms. Bathroom is super fantastic. Food was the best as we tried many places in the 2 weeks spent in Phu Quoc. Beach Front Restaurant has great atmosphere and the staff, specially Ms. LAN was very helpful and kind. Thank you!

Spacious resort hotel with large, suite style bedrooms. Excellent breakfast.

Very cozy resort with beautiful pool set up and beach. Buffett breakfast was very good. Staff attentiveness and service were completely 5 Star. Rooms are functional and comfortable. We will return soon.
