I'm really confused why the rating is high. This is my real review: - very thin bed as shown in picture. So hard and rigid. - so many ant if you put your food on the table. Don't ever leave your food on the table. - the receptionist is fast working but has no intention. - the receptionist didn't tell about large mineral water is not free whereas there is no mineral water price in room snack price list. - very near to benh tan market. - the floor is clean but so sticky. - the price is not worth it for this kind of room

The room is fully furnished but the facilities in the room are quite old. Beautiful lobby, enthusiastic staff. The room is located in the center of District 1 so the price is a bit high based on personal feelings. The room doesn't even have a hair dryer.

Happyland Hotel thanks you for your comments. The hotel is located in a prime location right in the center and your room price is just over 600,000 VND. This price is already very preferential compared to other hotels in the area. In addition, hair dryers are equipped in all rooms (specifically, they will be kept in drawers) if you can't find one. The room I booked was full and got a free upgrade. Was a nice stay & would love to come back. Clean, helpful staffs, & strategic location.

Had problems with AC and mosquitos:( but finally hotel can provide another room. Location is very near to Ben Thanh market.

Good Location Close to the Ben Thanh market. Room ' s space is OK but furnitures in the room is quite old and damage … I saw Doraemon wallpaper covered on the see-through mirror of the showroom (isn't that so funny?) TV doesn't work. Toothpaste looks so old I can't even use them. So I bought the new one at Ministop near the hotel. Bedsheets is yellowish while it should be white🥹. The receptionist are polite But when I checked in she told me the copy machine doesn't work so she will keep my password LoL … (I think the machine is work but they use to keep all the passports as always).

Crocoach running around. Manage to assassin 1 only. Wall attach with 3 insect cocoon/tapeworm cocoon. Use insect repellent to kill it off. Handbasin faucet leaking, wet the whole toilet. Hand held Shower head keep on drop off. Doesn't fit the holder.
