I had always chosen to stay at this hotel before COVID pandemic but this time it disappointed me. The staff and service were good. We like the interior design of the hotel in general but the room we stayed at did not meet our expectations. The layout of the room is not well designed causing some inconvenience during our stay here. Specially the bathroom, the water is always running out of the shower area. The worst thing is the cleanliness of the bed sheets. Both my husband and I got very itchy the next morning when we woke up and we all had some rash from the bed bugs. We may not choose to come back next time.

Advantages: - Enthusiastic staff: support carrying suitcases (check in + check out), take pictures, happy new year. (because I went for the Lunar New Year) - Welcome fruit and a few cans of free soft drinks (where I went, I have not seen any free soft drinks) - Full facilities (restaurant, private beach, amusement park) Children's play, swimming pool, outdoor lounge bar to sit in the evening is quite chill) - Many areas to check-in because the hotel is built in a classic style (eg: the hotel's own pedestrian bridge over the beach, the area) pool area, front lobby) - When I go, the restaurants all have a 10% discount or order 1 dish without charge. Cons: - Do not allow food to be brought to the room. - The toilet does not have a spray nozzle -> quite inconvenient if there are small children - The room is not equipped with an iron. - The restaurant called to make a reservation, but when I got there, it said no reservation?! Fortunately, the occasion was not very crowded, so there was still room for the family to dine. Other: - A deposit of 1 million is required upon check-in even though the room has been paid - Meal time is divided into 2 time frames (6:30 am and 8:15 pm) - Note that when booking on the App, there will be room types with breakfast and others with breakfast. smart. --> I find this hotel very good, with many facilities for family traveling, the price is also relatively good compared to the 5 * standard, the staff is friendly and polite.

The room and furniture are a bit old, but the hotel staff is very cute, and the breakfast suits my taste. The beautiful campus has a private beach and 2 swimming pools so it's not crowded. Will stay again next time

Resort service is very professional, the room is big, comfortable, the beach is a bit dirty but better than the beach at the public beach, beautiful white sand. Convenient and clean Limousine transfer. The breakfast is good but the selection is quite small, love the pho and banh khot will come back next time
