1. I booked a Twin room for my friend but the guest delivered a Double room. 2. My friend checked in at 12h15 but the hotel informed me that if I receive it before 14:00, there is a surcharge (I know that the 14:00 check-in rule is common to all hotels. All assist guests to check in earlier when the hotel has available rooms). So I didn't say this hotel made a mistake, I just didn't support it. Thank you for reading

Plus points: The hotel is spacious, has a car park and is open 24 hours a day. There are motorbikes for rent, 150k/motorbike (scooter). The location was not flooded, when I went it was raining and accompanied by high tide, so many places flooded. Staff is family together, fun, cute. Feel free to borrow the hotel's kitchen or borrow a kettle if needed. In my room, the toilet ball was damaged, go down to report to the staff and be supported to change the bulb immediately. The location of the hotel is near the center, driving is not difficult. There will be a mini supermarket in front of the hotel alley. I rent the cheapest room but still have air conditioner, TV, refrigerator, hot / cold shower. Minus points: Daily cleaning service is not available, maybe after I check out, I clean it. Personally, I prefer to clean every day. Old pillows and blankets, the room is a bit damp even though the window is open to catch the sun. Charge for early check-in, 40k/hour. I didn't know there was still an extra charge for early check-in, so I felt uncomfortable. Wifi is weak, so I have to use 3gb myself. However, because I only need a place to store my suitcase and sleep, I don't need a place to have a beautiful view or luxurious interior, so I feel that the hotel is still ok in the price range. Just need to fix the pillow cover a bit is ok. For your reference.
