Really satisfied with this place, easy to find location. Reasonable price, all amenities - Clean room - fragrant. There are full laundry facilities, dishwashing liquid, shower gel and shampoo. Everyone can experience here.

My family booked an Apartment room type for this trip to Hanoi and had a very good experience with Libré. The room is clean, spacious, fully equipped from kitchen to in-room laundry, convenient for families with small children like ours. The home location is convenient for transportation, the home also enthusiastically supports when I need to check in early and extend extra hours on the return day due to flight delay. If I have a chance, I will stop by Libre to stay.

Homestay rất xinh luôn, sạch sẽ, ấm cúng và tiện nghi, gần trung tâm nữa. Mình thích nhất là homestay có bếp nấu ăn 💖 dan mọi thứ đều chuẩn bị rất chu đáo. Cả bác bảo vệ cũng rất nhiệt tình. Lần sau chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại home lần nữa

I went on a trip. 2 suitcases, 1 suitcase weighed 23kg. 1 suitcase weighed 7kg. But the room manager took me all the way to the 7th floor. The elevator only went to the 6th floor. When I went out, the elevator was under maintenance. I took the stairs all the way to the 7th floor. The room was dirty. I've been to several hotels but I've never seen a hotel that was so poor for the price. When I checked in, the security guard didn't say I had a card to open the gate. When I came back from my trip, the gate was closed, so I rang the bell and waited a long time before the security guard came out with an unpleasant attitude. He said: Don't you have a card to open the gate? Meanwhile, when I checked in, he didn't say anything. When I came back from my trip, it was not even 11 o'clock. Bad experience.

The support staff is very quick and enthusiastic, as is the security guard. There are many shops and convenience stores around. The room is quite clean, but the soundproofing is not good. Thank you for having a good experience at home.

The security guard is cute
The balcony room is worth the money, the room is very spacious and airy compared to the price, the yellow light is quite chill, the balcony is cool, the room is not too new but neat and clean. The air conditioner is very cold :)). About 10-15 minutes drive from the old town, West Lake, not close but not far.
