The price is too cheap compared to the quality, the elevator is slow even if I go on weekdays but it doesn't affect me because I chose to stay on the lower floor so it's too slow so I take the stairs. My room is air-conditioned and doesn't have much sun, so it's always cool. Free swimming pool and gym are great. There's a parking fee, but it's still much cheaper than a hotel because if you go to a hotel, 4 people get 2 rooms. Good service, if you need anything, just call to ask for quick check in and check out

Very satisfying experience. Room in a luxury apartment, fully equipped. Support for better room upgrades. Extremely convenient location for moving and traveling to Vung Tau. The price is extremely cheap and convenient like a 5-star hotel. There is a swimming pool in the building and a free sauna. There is guaranteed breakfast, coffee and parking services. If I have the opportunity to return to Vung Tau, I will definitely return to The Song and Milan homestay.

Except for the elevator waiting a bit long, everything was fine. I went on Friday, Milan was very enthusiastic in supporting me with early check-in (the issue of early check-in and late check-out incurs an additional fee, the staff informed me in advance, it's up to everyone to choose). The room when I received it was clean, no problems, just the sofa was a bit smelly.

When entering the room, there were still towels in the washing machine. When I reported, someone came to dry them but they didn't return dry towels. The room only had 2 dry towels while there were 6 people. The room was nice but it smelled of seafood, the floor was slippery, there was only 1 pair of slippers, so prepare slippers, black trash bags before coming, and a few other problems.

Note when traveling on holidays or summer vacation, it takes a lot of time to move by elevator, waiting time is from 20-30 minutes, when checking out it takes 1 hour. The room is clean, tidy, full of amenities, a bit far from the beach

Customers with ID card photo will keep 200k deposit
Customers without deposit will keep their ID card for 24 hours (when asked, say the customer misheard) I have a clip (when asked, say any document is fine) in the clip, did it say that??? When asked for information, she said she would not confront you anymore, wasting both parties' time. Does she provide services or what?

The mishearing of information is confirmed by the guest. The accommodation also said that if there is no CCCD, the card deposit is 200K to remember to return the card to the facility when checking out.

The room is the same as the picture, quite good
This room is in block A, so the view is only of the opposite block but not the sea
This side has a separate department (like a separate office) so it is also very convenient to check-in and everything, right next to the main lobby
The check-in and check-out process is quick, neat and good customer service, call early to proactively ask the time the guest arrives to prepare the room
The rooms are not new in general, but relatively good (not very clean but not exactly dirty), fully equipped
The common minus point is The Song's elevators, there are only 3 and all of them are a bit squeaky :)))
The price is not bad, maybe I will still book again for the next trip

Reasons not to stay in Milan again!
- 1st: the magnetic card is broken so you have to use the key to open the door, it's very difficult to get out of the door
2nd: the room smells, especially the sofa looks dirty and scary, the stove is broken, the pot is burnt, the rice cooker is moldy, there is no microwave or grill
3rd: the room only gives 1 pair of slippers
* 4th: the support staff's attitude, even though I asked very gently, she was annoyed and didn't answer, went out and slammed the door, I didn't do anything
